We understand how frustrating and disappointing it must feel to experience both a washer issue and drying performance concerns within the same set, especially when expectations were for long-term reliability. This is certainly not the experience we want for you. Regarding the washer leakage, it may be helpful to ensure the water inlet hoses are securely tightened and properly seated, and to check that the unit is level, as even slight imbalance or loose connections can sometimes contribute to leaks. For the dryer performance with heavier items, we recommend avoiding overloading and separating bulky fabrics like towels or denim to help improve airflow and drying consistency. A clean and properly seated lint filter can also help maintain optimal performance. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the LG ThinQ app. Permissions such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are used to enable smart connectivity features, and users can manage or adjust these permissions through their device settings based on their preference.
