[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am very happy with the LG dryer. However, I'm disappointed with the installation process. I paid for full install with all of the parts. First, about a month later, we had an error message about a clogged vent and pulled the dryer out to inspect and noticed that the hose was far too long and was bent and kinked, causing the problem. Once we cut and shortened the vent piping, that problem was solved. We had also noticed that the steam feature didn't work well. When we had the dryer out to solve the above issue, we noticed that no water line was installed to the dryer, even though we paid for full installation.

This LG dryer replaced my 12 year old LG dryer which I loved. I love the new black steel (dark grey) color and new feature of steam dry without having to manually fill a drawer with water. It’s hooked up separately to the water line. I also love the easy selection dials and music it plays when it’s done.

I purchased this dryer along with the WM6700hba washer because my LG washer needed to be replaced after ten years of use. I donated the dryer which was still working to a low income family. I have dried several washes on different settings and love the drying efficiency! There is an "anti-static" feature which works great! I used to get shocks every time I opened the old dryer and removed clothes because of the static...not anymore!! And I love the LG app...it notifies me that the load is complete if I am too far away to hear the custom cycle end jingle that I set up. The tub is huge and can dry a king-size comforter or blankets. My old dryer took longer to dry the same loads. It's quiet, efficient, and has plenty of options to customize your needs! I absolutely LOVE this dryer and recommend it!

I bought this dryer about a month ago. I have been testing it with every big blanket I have in the house and it works amazing. I have a load going everyday sometimes twice a day with kids and my husband working. This dryer keeps up quickly, efficiently, and quietly. I love that it tells my phone when it is done. It is definitely a 5 star along with the new washer.

First front load we ever owned, and, so far, so good. We needed a high capacity washer with a hand wash/wool setting. This is only one of three machines I could find. Bosch makes a front loader, but it is a compact one. Speed Queen makes a top load one, but it has an agitator so may not be as gentle on wool and hand wash fabrics. The LG has multiple wash cycles, WiFi connectivity and Alexa support. I only wish the detergent/fabric softener bin would be bigger so as to accommodate more loads (18 loads). Otherwise, we really like it, and the clothes come out clean and smelling fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the large knob screen, it makes menu navigation easier but the screen turned off and had to disconnect the power chord and reconnect for it to work again. I hope this ‘ll not happen again, reaching to the back of dryer is not easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the LG front load washer and dryer and both was delivered on 2-21-2024. the washer has performed very well, I really like the auto soap and fabric dispenser. The dryer has only one problem. The floe sensor always says 80% or 85% blockage. I had the duct system professionally cleaned and I got same reading; I then changed the roof vent to one that is much larger and is not supposed to reduce air flow. I just wish the dryer had a better fan. thinking about going to a larger vent pipe or a fan assist in the duck work

Purchased washer dryer set. Washer leaked 1 day after warranty ended. Dryer leaves heavy items dam damp to wet. Turned off environmental control but still a problem. Phone app needs lots of updates and wants full access ie to wifi, your home location, blue tooth & won’t work without this access. Big business is watching. Disappointed with purchase.

Bought this dryer with the matching washer 2 weeks ago and the steam function does not work, it just dribbles water out. Also, the light should go on when you open the door like the older model we had. Hope we didn't make a huge mistake buying this pair, our last LG washer and dryer lasted for 17 years.
