Regarding the washer leakage, it may be helpful to ensure the water inlet hoses are securely tightened and properly seated, and to check that the unit is level, as even slight imbalance or loose connections can sometimes contribute to leaks. For the dryer performance with heavier items, we recommend avoiding overloading and separating bulky fabrics like towels or denim to help improve airflow and drying consistency. A clean and properly seated lint filter can also help maintain optimal performance. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the LG ThinQ app. Permissions such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are used to enable smart connectivity features, and users can manage or adjust these permissions through their device settings based on their preference. We’re sorry to hear the steam function is not performing as expected. The steam feature should not simply dribble water, so this may require inspection to ensure proper setup and operation. In some cases, confirming the water line connection, supply valve position, and cycle selection can help, but if the issue continues, service may be needed. Regarding the drum light, it typically activates when the door is opened during operation or shortly after a cycle ends. If it’s not functioning at all, that’s something we’d also want to review.
