I bought this washer in April and so far I'm pleased. It has several wash cycles to choose from and pretty simple to use. I do have two things that I'm not happy with, 1 is the drum light goes out quickly before I unload a wash and the other issue is you have to set the dial to cold because after every wash it turns off, I believe this is for cold water rinse which I prefer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our machine is less than 1 year old of use and we have had someone come out twice to fix issues with the dial and the function of the washer. It is out of warranty because we purchased it a few months before we were able to install, so we’re having issues a third time and we will now have to pay since it is out of warranty. I don’t recommend this washer since it is not reliable and the technology seems great in theory until the dial does not work.

We bought the washer after 18 years of operation of the old LG washer. After spending so much money we have a washer that does not rinse cloths properly because it uses cold water for rinsing. This is terrible. Shame on you LG for producing crap like this.

Love this machine that I bought it twice! We moved across country and we had gas hookup at our old place and electric at our new so we sold our old one and bought a new one when we got here. I didn’t even need to research other machines; I knew how much I loved this one and re-purchased!

I bought this washer with some skepticism from a review. I decided that this was just one person review. This is the best machine I have ever purchased in my life time. It is what a person needs in their washroom. I can do so many things with it remotely. It reminds me when the wash is done and even better it continues to remind me if the laundry is not removed. With that being said I went and bought a dryer to compliment that amazing washer. Great product truly satisfied and a customer of LG for life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this LG front loading washer for about 2-2 1/2 months now and it has performed like it should with no problems. The mobile app lets me know when the wash has finished and you can program custom cycles if you would like but for me excessive technology is not my cup of tea.

Love it big enough for comforters quiet and good looking
