So far, excellent for both washer and dryer. I love the pedestal, quiet, and great reminders and options through the app. Don't use pods, scent boosters, or softeners - they'll mess up your machines in the long term. It's a marketing strategy companies use, so you'll have to replace your appliances sooner. Just use liquid detergent. Also, these machines are good enough they don't need those things.

We are a repeat customer. Owning a set for 15 years but decided it was time for a new set instead of my handy husband continuing to replace parts. So far so good with this new set. Love the intelligence this set includes. And love the black color which actually appears more of a dark charcoal gray.

I purchased this washing machine about a month ago and am so glad that I did. This is THE BEST washing machine I have ever owned. It cleans and softens my clothes better than my previous, not old, washing machine. I purchased the pedestal because I have severe neck and back problems and am vertically challenged as well. I bought these machines in May 2023 and so far I am very happy with my purchase, the machines are very beautiful, they are very modern, and they work very well, I have little time with them, I hope they last me a long time without having to have any repairs, we'll see how well LG does their product

I waited 4 months to download the app and wish I had done it sooner. Using the app doubled the number of cycles on my machine. I didn't realize I had to use the app to access all the features. Not thrilled with that though. The clothes come out so much drier so it takes less time to dry them and less time overall for doing laundry. We just got the matching dryer and are waiting to get it converted to propane and getting it installed.

Everything is working great so far. I love the intelligence. I get a notification on my devices when the load is complete so that the load doesn't sit there and sour. It will even let me start it up again so that doesn't happen, right from the app. Functionality is great on all levels, and I also love the coordination with the dryer. When the wash load is complete the dryer is waiting and "knows" exactly the type of load that just finished in the washer, and recommends what dry cycle to utilize, which is already cued up to start with a press of the button. There's also a checklist provided to ensure you've cleaned the dryer lint screen, added the dryer sheet, etc. Couldn't be happier with bot the new LG Washer and the LG Dryer.

We bought the WN6500 washer and DLEX 6500B dryer. to replace our prior LG washer and dryer that lasted 16 years. We like the ease of use, the multiple cycle choices, and the large capacity (we can wash a king size comforter, and even king size pillows without problems.
