[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this washer dryer tower has been great! I had an issue gettin the dryer to work properly, but LGs team of technicians came out and handled business… definitely think this is a great purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had the unit a few weeks, but appreciate the sleek design and quiet operation. I am disappointed that the settings for each load-type in the washer and dryer can't be adjusted. (e.g., can't change the temperature or spin speed for a Normal Wash or a Small Load dry.) I was also used to having an Express Wash option, where the temperature and spin speed were adjustable in a shorter wash cycle. (ie, minimally dirty clothes only need a quick wash). The LG Small Load and Delicates selections aren't good substitutes.

Quiet & efficient operation of washer, all very smooth. Dryer efficient, though we do not use the power saving features in the interest of quickly getting the job done. Almost no vibration, so very well balanced. Tower design saves space in a small laundry area such as ours. Attractive clean appearance that makes our area look more modern than it is. Compliments and interest from family and friends will make this unit type a marketing success.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using for two months the unit is a very good performing washer and dryer. Liked the idea of a mid height control panel. However some of the intermediate selections for the wash temperatures and soil levels are very difficult to see as only the bottom and top features actually light up making it necessary to look closely to make sure that you have the correct selection make, especially when there are 3 intermediate settings between the uppermost and lowest settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am the "Grandma in The Little House" on my son's property. My little house is a one bedroom that happens to have a walk-in closet with washer/dryer hookups including gas. I was thrilled to measure and find I had enough space for this wonderful laundry center. As you can imagine, space is at a premium in my closet. The unit is easy to use and not so tall that I'm unable to see into the dryer to check for those pesky escape artist socks. My neighbor, who is even shorter than I am is going to buy this unit because she was so impressed with mine. Oh! Washing and drying are a breeze and it didn't take long at all to figure out how to manipulate the controls, so laundry is handled exactly to my specifications. (I come from a long line of dry cleaner owners.) I'm also a quilter, as you might be able to tell from my rulers and hoops on the wall, so proper fabric care is important to me. I haven't tried the steam feature yet but feel confident it will work as quietly and efficiently as the other settings. I am a very very, happy Grandma!

Bought this as a replacement for the stacked washer and dryer that came with our home. Our laundry room is very small and space is limited. I love that both doors swing left. Unit is quiet, which is nice since our utility room is near our main living area.

But if I have to complain the washer is extremely noisy it sounds like a jet plane and then thumps and bumps so no nighttime washing as you sleep. And I wish there was a light in the washer you could put on while cycling to see what’s going on.

My only complaint is that it is a “smart” dryer so it will sense when things are dry. Although sometimes things aren’t dry and it will continue to end the cycle even if the items aren’t dry.

It didn't take up much more room than my much smaller unit that only lasted a couple years made by someone else. This wash tower has an amazing load capacity so I can do less loads of laundry each week. And it's such a nice looking appliance! It fits right in with the stainless appliances in my kitchen. I'm so happy with this purchase!
