I am enjoying this but am taking a bit of time getting used to. Like why isn't there a 'touch up' options, just to dry for a few minutes? Why doesn't light turn on every time you open the door? I'm sure in time I will get used to it. Never had a new set for myself!!!

We have one in our vacation home and never a problem. They look sleek and have the most up to date technology and so user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my wash tower for 5 or 6 months now and have been impressed with the cleaning ability. We have a 4 year old who still has occasional potty accidents and this washer is able to fully remove all scent and stains. The features included in the accompanied app are also great, you can track energy usage and be reminded when it is time to clean the washer drum. Even the small but pleasant feature that detects the cycle used on the washer and automatically applies that cycle to the dryer when powered on. I would certainly recommend this wash tower to anyone.

The absolute best! Super sexy, so much so I didn't hide it in the utility room. I cut out the back wall to put it on display! Ha! I love how quiet this machine is. Also, using the app to get more cycles and being notified when cycles are complete. The dryer is super fast as well. Definitely worth every penny.

I purchased this washer dryer unit a month ago and I am so pleased with it. The unit is more compact that traditional stackable units so it takes up less space. I’m also pretty short so have all controls in the middle of the unit is a great help to me. Love this machine!

I regret this purchase so much. I feel like this machine costs me so money to try and keep stink free. This is a terrible design, keeps the drain water in the bottom. Once a week you have to run a washing machine cleaner through it and then a laundry sanitizer and then get on the floor to empty the drain. It still stinks.

At first a little clumsy to figure out how to use but after first load pretty intuitive. Only semi complicated thing was attaching it to wifi.

My little house is a one bedroom that happens to have a walk-in closet with washer/dryer hookups including gas. I was thrilled to measure and find I had enough space for this wonderful laundry center. As you can imagine, space is at a premium in my closet. The unit is easy to use and not so tall that I'm unable to see into the dryer to check for those pesky escape artist socks. My neighbor, who is even shorter than I am is going to buy this unit because she was so impressed with mine. Oh! Washing and drying are a breeze and it didn't take long at all to figure out how to manipulate the controls, so laundry is handled exactly to my specifications. (I come from a long line of dry cleaner owners.) I'm also a quilter, as you might be able to tell from my rulers and hoops on the wall, so proper fabric care is important to me. I haven't tried the steam feature yet but feel confident it will work as quietly and efficiently as the other settings. I am a very very, happy Grandma!

It has a very large capacity, so can fit the largest of my blankets, but also takes great care with my most delicate items too! It fits perfectly into the spot we chose for it and I love the stacked feature, so it takes up less room! My favorite feature has to be the built-in Ai intelligence! The machine detects fabric texture & load size, then customizes the wash motions and dry temps for an even more for advanced fabric care! It really takes the guesswork out of doing the laundry,

I have done two loads so far. First one was a larger load, barely wet when I took the clothes out. Several areas not wet at all. I am concerned this doesnt work well. Other load, was very small, seemed as though everything was wet as it hoyld be when i took it out.
