This unit holds a LOT!  I love that everything is basically automatic but yet you can change the settings manually if you choose to.

It can accommodate much larger loads than my previous stacked units and I appreciate the automated features (pre-selected temp/spin, etc)

So much better than I had thought it would be.

My only complaints are 1) the washer part of the mashine is rather low, and it's not easy for me to get down and get everything out and 2) the wifi part is hard to set up. That just might be me though. But if you have trouble bending over (back issues), this may not be the machine for you. But again, I do love my machines and they work wonderfully! My clothes come out looking great and smelling fresh! I would totally reccomend this stackable set. It is also estecally pleasing and looks great in our kitchen with our other stainless steal looking appliances.

Awesome set up, works GREAT

It didn't take up much more room than my much smaller unit that only lasted a couple years made by someone else. This wash tower has an amazing load capacity so I can do less loads of laundry each week. And it's such a nice looking appliance! It fits right in with the stainless appliances in my kitchen. I'm so happy with this purchase!

Best Washer/Dryer Ever!

The best Washer & Dryer we've had in years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always hated doing laundry since it hurt my back. No more, this is so much healthier on the body. Less bending over. It does an great job washing and drying. Its smart and hooks up to my phone. Lets me know when loads are done and allows you to start loads remotely. When done with washer it will automatically put dryer on settings to match. I've named her Betty because something this beautiful needs a name. It also came with a 10yr warranty.

Since this unit replaced a 21-year old unit, I think it's a bit premature to rave. Time will tell. Check back later.
I think the unit is, not quite beautiful, but certainly good to look at (2 circles on a white field) and outwardly well designed. The controls are well positioned and for the most part clear in their iconography. On-off, start-stop, dry this way or that way. Same for the washer. I avoided the wifi connection after it failed to initialize properly the first time; I have no need to check the wash while in the car. The clothes are very clean. I believe I save lots of water and soap, in part owing to the slightly tipped wash tub. The instructions of wipe downs and cleaning the dryer filter are very important since most modern machines have the propensity to smell if not properly aired. I think too many of us think no maintenance is a fine paradigm. Anyway, it is a great unit that attends to our needs in our 2-person household. Recommended.

A bit early, but nonetheless satisfied.

This unit work great. However, there are a couple of issues that I have with it. First, the washing machine door does not close as easy as it did at the stores (all stores - so it is not a worn out door lock). You really have to slam it to lock it. The service person told me it is supposed to be this way. I don't agree with that. Whatever. The Wi-Fi connection is on and off and the remote start turns on and off. So I can't use the feature. Needs improvement

I regret this purchase so much. I feel like this machine costs me so money to try and keep stink free. This is a terrible design, keeps the drain water in the bottom. Once a week you have to run a washing machine cleaner through it and then 
a laundry sanitizer and then get on the floor to empty the drain. It still stinks.
