It has a very large capacity, so can fit the largest of my blankets, but also takes great care with my most delicate items too! It fits perfectly into the spot we chose for it and I love the stacked feature, so it takes up less room! My favorite feature has to be the built-in Ai intelligence! The machine detects fabric texture & load size, then customizes the wash motions and dry temps for an even more for advanced fabric care! It really takes the guesswork out of doing the laundry,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG washer and dryer is very sleek and a very attractive machine. The stacked washer and dryer combo fits well in my utility closet, even though it appears to be a smaller unit it is a full-size washer and dryer. The controls on the unit are conveniently located in the middle between the washer and dryer. This lg unit has the ability to be connected to the ThinQ app, the app allows you to start the wash while you are away, check on the status of your loads and get a notification that your load is complete. I really like the notification feature of letting me know when the load is complete because I often get distracted with doing other chores while washing and forget about my laundry. The smart features on this unit makes it extra appealing. The washer uses less water and energy due to load sensing. The washer can detect how much water is needed and load time based on what has been placed in the drum, avoiding over usage of water and wash time. The built-in sensors in the dryer detect damp clothing allowing the dryer to automatically adjust to complete the load, therefore no more under drying or over drying. While there are several settings on the lg unit I was very pleased with the soil/steam setting on the washer, I recently washed my husband's heavily stained socks and clothing from cutting the grass which I had planned to throw away. Surprisingly the soil/steam setting removed all stains from the clothing and I was able to save the items, the cycle took a little longer than normal however it was well worth the wait. Overall, the unit is very quiet, has large drums, numerous settings to meet my needs, phone app for notifications and has done a tremendous job cleaning my clothes. The lg washer and dryer combo has exceeded my expectations and continues to amaze me daily.

At first glance I was a bit intimidated by the controls but after reading the manual I found them surprisingly easy. I also connected it to the Thinq app, which turned out to be a convenient bonus. By using to the recommended small amount of HE laundry detergent my laundry comes out exceptionally clean. Doing laundry has become a fun experience and the unit adds a stylish touch to my utility room. I highly recommend the LG Washtower — it's a purchase I'm extremely satisfied with.

We replaced our 20+ year old stackable washer and dryer. This was the only unit that stacked and had the controle for both in the center and not on the top of each unit. Plus the unit controls are in the center and not on the top of each unit. Other stackable have the controls on the dryer require a ladder to use the dryer when the units are stach=ked. In addtion, the unit is quiet and works well.

This machine has a lot of room to fit many clothes/bedding. Also keep in mind it is great for an apartment/condo where you have to put your washer dryer in a closet space. Mine fit perfectly ! Love that it is one piece and not stackable. It gives it a smooth look. Best purchase so far! Very happy with my decision!! To be honest, I thought it seemed a bit pricy, but I went for it and I have to say it is worth the price.

First off it has a ton of room, so you can wash and dry your clothes in as little time as possible with fewer loads. It is place saving being a stacked unit so I gain so much more room in my laundry area allowing it to be more functional for our home. It has smart capabilities too allowing for you to turn on from anywhere with a smart app you simply download. I'd definitely recommend for anyone in need of a new washer/ dryer set who are space challenged. You will love this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this product since December and do about 3 loads of laundry a week. I have washed everything from delicates to heavy bedding and the machine is handling all extremely well. I think the delicate setting does not spin enough water out of the spin cycle so I am trying to learn how to change that. Another hint is to set all sheets and towels on bedding. If the wash is set to normal then the wash cycle is over an hour long. Set to bedding changes it to a manageable 55 mins. Both the washer and dryer are very quiet. The dryer does a great job of drying towels in about 50 mins.

Since this unit replaced a 21-year old unit, I think it's a bit premature to rave. Time will tell. Check back later. I think the unit is, not quite beautiful, but certainly good to look at (2 circles on a white field) and outwardly well designed. The controls are well positioned and for the most part clear in their iconography. On-off, start-stop, dry this way or that way. Same for the washer. I avoided the wifi connection after it failed to initialize properly the first time; I have no need to check the wash while in the car. The clothes are very clean. I believe I save lots of water and soap, in part owing to the slightly tipped wash tub. The instructions of wipe downs and cleaning the dryer filter are very important since most modern machines have the propensity to smell if not properly aired. I think too many of us think no maintenance is a fine paradigm. Anyway, it is a great unit that attends to our needs in our 2-person household. Recommended.

I regret this purchase so much. I feel like this machine costs me so money to try and keep stink free. This is a terrible design, keeps the drain water in the bottom. Once a week you have to run a washing machine cleaner through it and then a laundry sanitizer and then get on the floor to empty the drain. It still stinks.
