It works great so far, clothes seem cleaner and drier coming out of the washer, thus taking less time in the dryer. Very quiet operation. I still have some learning to do as to changing cycle settings but that's on me. Fits nicely in the space and very sleek looking too. Couldn't be happier at this point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had a washing machine with an agitator and I have always had problems with my laundry (particularly sheets) being tangled and twisted causing deep wrinkles - this does not happen with this machine at all! My laundry comes out completely wrinkle free! Sheets even! Very happy with this machine plus it has a lovely tone to tell you both when the wash load has finished and when the dryer has finished - not that incredibly annoying harsh beeping sound from my last machine! Sounds like a silly little thing but it makes a difference!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dont normally do reviews but i felt i should with this set.i was so unsure to get this due to my budget but everything about it was looking so convenient for me the fact that im short so the functions being in the middle the fact that its thin i had such little space for it! i definitely was putting to much thought into it because of the price because Im so low budget this was like my life savings lol but then I said you know what im just gonna get it ! And I'm so happy I did its just perfect its worth the money I'm inlove 😌 so, so far so good 👍

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always hated doing laundry since it hurt my back. No more, this is so much healthier on the body. Less bending over. It does an great job washing and drying. Its smart and hooks up to my phone. Lets me know when loads are done and allows you to start loads remotely. When done with washer it will automatically put dryer on settings to match. I've named her Betty because something this beautiful needs a name. It also came with a 10yr warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my LG washer and dryer tower for 2-3 months now and it’s nicknamed “the big eye,” by my grand kiddos. I have had several LG TV’s so I thought I would stay loyal with the LG brand. My clothes come out smelling fresh and clean. The tower’s capacity is large and fits a lot of clothes or towels, and blankets in them. It’s aesthetically beautiful. The control panels are totally easy to use. I didn’t even have to read the instructions. I watch my grandkids and I’m constantly doing laundry. At least 2 loads daily so the tower has taken a beating and still works wonderfully. The door gets slammed into the wall and not a dent on the door. Like my LG TV’s, this washer and dryer are an outstanding product. I’ve included a photo. I haven’t wiped it down since I bought it and it looks great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Wash Tower for a month and am very pleased. I was constrained by the size of the closet that the unit had to fit in. It can accommodate much larger loads than my previous stacked units and I appreciate the automated features (pre-selected temp/spin, etc)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this unit for almost 2 months and very impressed! the best washer and dryer I have use and I have used a lot. with the washer and dryer being a one-piece unit, it knows what your settings were on the wash and when you go to use the dryer it already knows the settings!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good machine for smaller spaces. When you are measuring your space to see if it will fit, keep in mind the vent, gas, and water hoses in the back. The washer holds a big load of clothes, which is a nice feature. The spin cycle really takes a lot of the water out of the clothes. The drier dries the clothes quickly. Maybe because the spin cycle works so well? The one feature I would like to see is the machine would keep the settings you adjusted the cycle to. It constantly adjusts to the default setting. My old machine kept your adjustments. Another thing would nice is if you could change the signal done music.

I love all the smart features. My favorite is that it automatically sets to the settings I use most, and that the dryer automatically sets to the best option based on the washer setting. Would have given 5 stars but the dryer lint trap broke a few months after purchasing. The replacement was covered by warranty though.

I am enjoying this but am taking a bit of time getting used to. Like why isn't there a 'touch up' options, just to dry for a few minutes? Why doesn't light turn on every time you open the door? I'm sure in time I will get used to it. Never had a new set for myself!!!
