[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always hated doing laundry since it hurt my back. No more, this is so much healthier on the body. Less bending over. It does an great job washing and drying. Its smart and hooks up to my phone. Lets me know when loads are done and allows you to start loads remotely. When done with washer it will automatically put dryer on settings to match. I've named her Betty because something this beautiful needs a name. It also came with a 10yr warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so pleased with our new LG Wash Tower! Not only have we gained space in our laundry room, but we also have an energy-efficient work horse to help with our family of five! Moving the wash to the upper dryer means no more dropped items on the floor between machines. Easy to use with a sleek design. We are very happy with our purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new LG Tower Washer/Dryer. Super quiet for both the wash and dry cycles. Controls in the middle for both units. Sleek dark gray with black glass and chrome finishes…..a big complement to our Santa Barbar Loft where it is out in the open!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am the "Grandma in The Little House" on my son's property. My little house is a one bedroom that happens to have a walk-in closet with washer/dryer hookups including gas. I was thrilled to measure and find I had enough space for this wonderful laundry center. As you can imagine, space is at a premium in my closet. The unit is easy to use and not so tall that I'm unable to see into the dryer to check for those pesky escape artist socks. My neighbor, who is even shorter than I am is going to buy this unit because she was so impressed with mine. Oh! Washing and drying are a breeze and it didn't take long at all to figure out how to manipulate the controls, so laundry is handled exactly to my specifications. (I come from a long line of dry cleaner owners.) I'm also a quilter, as you might be able to tell from my rulers and hoops on the wall, so proper fabric care is important to me. I haven't tried the steam feature yet but feel confident it will work as quietly and efficiently as the other settings. I am a very very, happy Grandma!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a small home with laundry in one of the bathrooms. I hated the old tower the house came with. It’s great to have a modern wash tower that with great technologies and a clean and pretty look. I also love the control panel location. I can reach it!!!

The absolute best! Super sexy, so much so I didn't hide it in the utility room. I cut out the back wall to put it on display! Ha! I love how quiet this machine is. Also, using the app to get more cycles and being notified when cycles are complete. The dryer is super fast as well. Definitely worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to remodel our laundry room and a big part of the design was to place a stacked Washer/Dryer unit in the room to reduce the appliance footprint. This unit has provided a quality cleaning experience for us!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Combo washer/dryer is most accessible, meaning the controls, for small people who need to stack their units, and cannot reach the dryer controls on top. This combo unit solves that problem with waist high controls for all functions, pleasant music to alert when drying done, ease of cleanout traps, all-in-all a very well thought out product. Fits our space perfectly, and looks just great.......TY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had no doubt whatsoever that my LG washer and dryer would be great replacements for my old ones. My mom has one and it works great . We have one in our vacation home and never a problem. They look sleek and have the most up to date technology and so user friendly.

Received delivery of our LG ThinQ washer and dryer combo. Washed one load of laundry using normal operation. When cycle had completed the load was soaking wet. Had to use another spin cycle to adequately drain the load. Put the load in the dryer. Dryer made so much noise upon rotating that we had to stop the operation. Waiting for technician to look at the tower. Really disappointed in the quality and performance of the tower
