[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wash tower is mind blowing. I had a middle the road washer and dryer set, and LG makes a vastly superior product. Works with any size load, from a couple shirts to king size puffy comforters, washer cleans every bit perfectly. The gas dryer is incredibly efficient, cutting drying time in half. The fact it’s a tower is a great space saver.

The machines have a good design and work quietly. We have had the unit for 2 weeks and are still learning. The instructions need to be read closely. Foe example, Selecting the normal wash doesn't give you options for water temp., so we use timed wash and then we can select water temp. Have not figured out how to download a personalized wash cycle, would like to have a 'normal wash-cold' but once normal is selected, we have not been able to select the water temp.

Quiet & efficient operation of washer, all very smooth. Dryer efficient, though we do not use the power saving features in the interest of quickly getting the job done. Almost no vibration, so very well balanced. Tower design saves space in a small laundry area such as ours. Attractive clean appearance that makes our area look more modern than it is. Compliments and interest from family and friends will make this unit type a marketing success.

Not only have we gained space in our laundry room, but we also have an energy-efficient work horse to help with our family of five! Matches my cabinets wonderfully and I cant wait to used it. my friend also recommended this machine to me and said it was the best purchase she ever made. So excited to use it

Bought the LG Washtower several weeks ago and am thoroughly enjoying it. It is sleek looking, quiet, efficient, easy to operate and very user friendly. Love all of the flexibility in wash and dry cycles, temperature settings and load settings. Was first afraid of the new digital type cotrols but now enjoy them and find them easier to use than the old mechanical type.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my new wash tower installed a few weeks ago. I’m still trying to get used to the dryer settings. This dryer seems to take longer to dry clothes but maybe I just need to figure it out. But for that reason it doesn’t seem so straight forward to use. Other than that though, I love it and glad I bought it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my LG washer and dryer tower for 2-3 months now and it’s nicknamed “the big eye,” by my grand kiddos. I have had several LG TV’s so I thought I would stay loyal with the LG brand. My clothes come out smelling fresh and clean. The tower’s capacity is large and fits a lot of clothes or towels, and blankets in them. It’s aesthetically beautiful. The control panels are totally easy to use. I didn’t even have to read the instructions. I watch my grandkids and I’m constantly doing laundry. At least 2 loads daily so the tower has taken a beating and still works wonderfully. The door gets slammed into the wall and not a dent on the door. Like my LG TV’s, this washer and dryer are an outstanding product. I’ve included a photo. I haven’t wiped it down since I bought it and it looks great.
