Front loaders that you have, does not have a mildew smell after months of use. The dryer sensors work perfectly, drying everything without damp patches. Great machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dont normally do reviews but i felt i should with this set.i was so unsure to get this due to my budget but everything about it was looking so convenient for me the fact that im short so the functions being in the middle the fact that its thin i had such little space for it! i definitely was putting to much thought into it because of the price because Im so low budget this was like my life savings lol but then I said you know what im just gonna get it ! And I'm so happy I did its just perfect its worth the money I'm inlove 😌 so, so far so good 👍

Not only have we gained space in our laundry room, but we also have an energy-efficient work horse to help with our family of five! Moving the wash to the upper dryer means no more dropped items on the floor between machines. Easy to use with a sleek design. We are very happy with our purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased and fits in the small space we have while big able to do the big loads like expected. At first a little clumsy to figure out how to use but after first load pretty intuitive. Only semi complicated thing was attaching it to wifi.

This unit work great. However, there are a couple of issues that I have with it. First, the washing machine door does not close as easy as it did at the stores (all stores - so it is not a worn out door lock). You really have to slam it to lock it. The service person told me it is supposed to be this way. I don't agree with that. Whatever. The Wi-Fi connection is on and off and the remote start turns on and off. So I can't use the feature. Needs improvement

The machines have a good design and work quietly. We have had the unit for 2 weeks and are still learning. The instructions need to be read closely. Foe example, Selecting the normal wash doesn't give you options for water temp., so we use timed wash and then we can select water temp. Have not figured out how to download a personalized wash cycle, would like to have a 'normal wash-cold' but once normal is selected, we have not been able to select the water temp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] purchased one month ago. unit is quiet and easy to use. only issue is I need to reset the drying temp each time I use it. cannot default temp without a THIN Q app. also noted that there may be some filter-associated maintenance down the line.

I regret this purchase so much. I feel like this machine costs me so money to try and keep stink free. This is a terrible design, keeps the drain water in the bottom. Once a week you have to run a washing machine cleaner through it and then a laundry sanitizer and then get on the floor to empty the drain. It still stinks.
