[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two weeks ago and so far I love this set it fit perfectly in my small laundry room I love the control panels in the middle and most of all my clothes are coming out so clean .I love the notifications music when loads are done .Thanks LG hope to enjoy for years to come.

Since this unit replaced a 21-year old unit, I think it's a bit premature to rave. Time will tell. Check back later. I think the unit is, not quite beautiful, but certainly good to look at (2 circles on a white field) and outwardly well designed. The controls are well positioned and for the most part clear in their iconography. On-off, start-stop, dry this way or that way. Same for the washer. I avoided the wifi connection after it failed to initialize properly the first time; I have no need to check the wash while in the car. The clothes are very clean. I believe I save lots of water and soap, in part owing to the slightly tipped wash tub. The instructions of wipe downs and cleaning the dryer filter are very important since most modern machines have the propensity to smell if not properly aired. I think too many of us think no maintenance is a fine paradigm. Anyway, it is a great unit that attends to our needs in our 2-person household. Recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my wash tower for 5 or 6 months now and have been impressed with the cleaning ability. We have a 4 year old who still has occasional potty accidents and this washer is able to fully remove all scent and stains. The features included in the accompanied app are also great, you can track energy usage and be reminded when it is time to clean the washer drum. Even the small but pleasant feature that detects the cycle used on the washer and automatically applies that cycle to the dryer when powered on. I would certainly recommend this wash tower to anyone.

My only complaint is that it is a “smart” dryer so it will sense when things are dry. Although sometimes things aren’t dry and it will continue to end the cycle even if the items aren’t dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this washer dryer tower has been great! I had an issue gettin the dryer to work properly, but LGs team of technicians came out and handled business… definitely think this is a great purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Received delivery of our LG ThinQ washer and dryer combo. Washed one load of laundry using normal operation. When cycle had completed the load was soaking wet. Had to use another spin cycle to adequately drain the load. Put the load in the dryer. Dryer made so much noise upon rotating that we had to stop the operation. Waiting for technician to look at the tower. Really disappointed in the quality and performance of the tower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We removed our full sized top loaders in the last renovation., replacing them with these two front loaders. I just love these two machines and the added advantage of the space economy. They work hard every day and perform at top level. Very glad for these new additions.

I have done two loads so far. First one was a larger load, barely wet when I took the clothes out. Several areas not wet at all. I am concerned this doesnt work well. Other load, was very small, seemed as though everything was wet as it hoyld be when i took it out.

This washtower fit with room to spare. It looks awesome and works wonderfully! I will definitely recommend this product ! My clothes are cleaner and the dryer is huge! I love the sanitizer cycle and that it has a steam option! Absolutely love it!!
