[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the LG washtower and have used it for the previous six weeks. We're very happy with the ease of doing laundry. We purchased this unit so that it would allow us more space to install two tall storage cabinets in the laundry room.

My only complaints are 1) the washer part of the mashine is rather low, and it's not easy for me to get down and get everything out and 2) the wifi part is hard to set up. That just might be me though. But if you have trouble bending over (back issues), this may not be the machine for you. But again, I do love my machines and they work wonderfully! My clothes come out looking great and smelling fresh! I would totally reccomend this stackable set. It is also estecally pleasing and looks great in our kitchen with our other stainless steal looking appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this stacking unit. Looks great in our laundry room and saves a lot of space. Tons of features, but some kind of leave me scratching a giant hole in my head. SO FRUSTRATING. The lights. The timer on the lights inside the washer and dryer don't stay on nearly long enough. Add a feature on the app to turn the lights on and off. Easy FIX. I'll be responsible for the electricity bill. Probably the worst "feature" is how the unit works with the app. The app. Great love it. But I ABSOLUTELY HATE that you have to hold down a button on the unit to start a cycle with the app EVERY TIME. The "REMOTE" button has to be held down for 3 seconds on BOTH the washer and dryer in order for the app to start a cycle. It's so counter-intuitive that I've stopped using the app altogether. Please for the love of God, change this LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my LG washer and dryer tower for 2-3 months now and it’s nicknamed “the big eye,” by my grand kiddos. I have had several LG TV’s so I thought I would stay loyal with the LG brand. My clothes come out smelling fresh and clean. The tower’s capacity is large and fits a lot of clothes or towels, and blankets in them. It’s aesthetically beautiful. The control panels are totally easy to use. I didn’t even have to read the instructions. I watch my grandkids and I’m constantly doing laundry. At least 2 loads daily so the tower has taken a beating and still works wonderfully. The door gets slammed into the wall and not a dent on the door. Like my LG TV’s, this washer and dryer are an outstanding product. I’ve included a photo. I haven’t wiped it down since I bought it and it looks great.

Bought this as a replacement for the stacked washer and dryer that came with our home. Our laundry room is very small and space is limited. I love that both doors swing left. Unit is quiet, which is nice since our utility room is near our main living area.

First off it has a ton of room, so you can wash and dry your clothes in as little time as possible with fewer loads. It is place saving being a stacked unit so I gain so much more room in my laundry area allowing it to be more functional for our home. It has smart capabilities too allowing for you to turn on from anywhere with a smart app you simply download. I'd definitely recommend for anyone in need of a new washer/ dryer set who are space challenged. You will love this!
