Installation is a nightmare! There are persistent adds for a weekly or annual premium subscription. Printing from your PC requires an entirely separate process and downloading drivers.. I am considering returning the unit!

PURCHASED YESTERDAY. TOOK AWHILE FOR THE INITIAL SETUP. ONCE SET UP, RAN IT THROUGH ALL IT'S FUNCTIONS AND IT APPEARS TO DO WHAT IT IS ADVERTISED TO DO.

This thing just refuses to connect to my WiFi in the home have hours trying to hookup to home WIFI, finally had to plug in a USB just to use the functions, should not be this difficult for the price paid GEEEZ

Is there any way to stop the light from blinking? It is very annoying. Also, the input screen for password is very hard to use. Love the printer in many ways but it is very annoying in others.

The paper did not get jammed, even with big projects. The print quality was great as far as knowing how long the ink will last I would need longer use. I work from home so I’m printing projects all day long. I am excited to continue to use this printer. I would recommend giving it a try.

This printer was so easy to set up and connect wirelessly. The app helped me by making setup a breeze. The app answered all my questions. I was spending way too much money on ink cartridges with my old printer. I can't believe how slow the ink consumption is on the tank. Overall, I definitely save money by using the tank over the cartridge. I can't wait to add up how much I will save in a year's time. I'm impressed with how this printer is able to capture bright colors and crisp lines. I have not experienced any kind of ink smudging. When printing in color, I can see that the color is a solid image of color without any gaps or fading in areas. As long as I use the high-quality Epson gloss photo paper, I will achieve professional grade printed photos. The photos that I printed are framed and on the wall. I'm into photography, and this printer handles all my needs. I have put in some relatively thick paper and never experienced a paper jam. I'm very happy with the low noise level while printing. My old printer was a lot louder. This printer is much faster than the printer I had before making work so much more quicker and more efficient. It was really simple to set up using the mobile guide from their app. It can hold quite a bit of paper and it says it will print thousands of pages with a full load of ink. Comparing that with our current printer, we will be saving a ton of money. The print quality is great and the speed is quick. Overall, very happy with this printer. It can also scan and fax.

It looks big but it is actually lighter than it seems, easy to carry, I use it for all my university work without any problem, I recommend using original cartridges every time that need to be changed.
