Impossible to set up with laptop. Will be returning it. Spent hours trying to do so. Won't print from laptop and scanner won't add. Can't even connect to Epson anymore either. Falsely claims password is wrong even though it worked before.

Installation is a nightmare! There are persistent adds for a weekly or annual premium subscription. Printing from your PC requires an entirely separate process and downloading drivers.. I am considering returning the unit!

We bought this machine today. The ink tank technology seems really good. The WIFI network connection is very poor. We have to keep restarting it for our phones and computers to see it, and scanning sometimes crashes. It is sitting within 5 feet of my router and all our other devices are fine. Since I bought this printer, I have had to completely delete every Epson app and download and install the printer again at least five time because it keeps falling off of the network, even with the router right next to it and wont reconnect no matter what I do. Very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!

Great printer. Easy to set up and fill each tank. Makes great B&W copies as well as color.

Easy set up, But then, I tried printing . Continuously jams with the first page. Followed all troubleshooting steps . Still jams.

Is there any way to stop the light from blinking? It is very annoying. Also, the input screen for password is very hard to use. Love the printer in many ways but it is very annoying in others.

PURCHASED YESTERDAY. TOOK AWHILE FOR THE INITIAL SETUP. ONCE SET UP, RAN IT THROUGH ALL IT'S FUNCTIONS AND IT APPEARS TO DO WHAT IT IS ADVERTISED TO DO.
