[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've always gotten Samsung tv's and they've been great. This is the first time we've purchased a Samsung tv that, sadly, we have been very disappointed in. The tv's screen quality itself is fine, up to the standards we expect from Samsung. However, the remote quality was very poor. And the reaction of the tv to the remote is just as bad. First of all, the remote that came with the TV became very difficult to use, you had to press the buttons extremely hard to get the tv to respond. And, yes, we tried all kinds of brand new batteries. Nothing helped. Swapped out the remote to a new universal remote, with brand new batteries. Still had to press very hard on the remote buttons to get the tv to respond. We then tried a Samsung remote from another of our Samsung tvs. That seemed better, for a short time. To this day, we continue to have to press very hard on our remote buttons to get the tv to respond. And we also have to be seated at a very specific angle to the tv, to get the tv to respond to the remote. Often, when the tv does respond, it slips past the selection we are trying to reach, then when we try to go back to that selection (app, or channel), it sometimes slips past again. Sooo frustrating. It seems like this problem is more with the tv than the remote. We have not tried to contact Samsung; figured they wouldn't help. But not sure we will continue to buy Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with my Samsung U8000F 50-inch Crystal UHD TV. The picture is clear and bright, and the colors look vibrant without being overwhelming. I especially like the contrast and how smoothly the TV responds when switching between apps and content. The picture quality also looks good when watching regular HD content because of the upscaling. The smart features are easy to use, and overall the TV has been a great addition to my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the TV and the TV and general is a great TV light easy to hang just it has some responsiveness when you do select whatever you are selecting and it's options in order for it to go to that specific Department of that TV and just as slow updates should be more regular and all in all I like it cuz it connects to my phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a wonderful tv. I actually own 2 of the same model. Bought both on a Black Friday special about a year or two ago. They have great brightness, the contrast settings are on point for any movie or app. It has bet good responsiveness. The remote works well with the TV. Also you get cable, as long as you have WiFi that i really enjoy for my elders that come and visit or stay the night. All around the best tv I've purchased. I would definitely recommend this unit to any person. I've bought one for my own grandmother to make like easier.

Purchased a Samsung 4K 43" TV, replacing a 33" Sony. Very happy with the new Samsung. Very sharp picture, easy setup. Only a couple hdmi connections as well as an old coax connection and a usb connection. I have some movies on an external harddrive which I connected to my TV and the picture quality is fantastic. When playing games on my Switch through my TV the picture is also great. Very pleased.

The graphics are really realistic and the responsiveness is on another level. The level of uniformity with the samsung ecosystem is crazy. 10/10 definitely choose this one
