Good not great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The television is fine. Always like Samsung's interface, but weird things. HBO Max is not in the app store. You can search and find, but not on the home screen. Also, occasionally have to turn off/on the sound bar so things re-sync together. I keep expecting a software update to fix this, but has not happened.

Note: Previously installed apps can be accessed on the Settings screen. Adding & Managing Apps on Home Screen 1. Go to App Settings (these can be found at the bottom of the Apps screen) and select the app you want to move. The following options will be available: a. Add to Home: Move the app to your desired location on the Home screen. b. Delete: Delete app. c. Lock/Unlock: Lock the app with a PIN so only you can use it. When the app is selected again, you will be prompted to enter the PIN to unlock it. d. Reinstall: Reinstall the app. e. View Details: View the app’s information and details. Picture very good. Remote is just fair.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Appears to be have very good resolution and color. In large family room and comfortable to view screen from about 15 feet. Remote overall good but moving icon to the menu bar appears to be impossible. Older Samsung TV remotes more functional.
Terrible picture quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the picture quality on this television it makes everything appear as if it is a low budget movie I'm not understanding why it looks that way it didn't look that way at the store but by far is the worst quality picture out of all the televisions that I own I will not buy a Samsung television again
Hi Rharris, We appreciate your feedback on the picture quality of Samsung’s U8000F TV. If the image doesn’t quite match your preferences, there are several adjustments you can make to better suit your viewing environment and content type. First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Good product…except…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv itself is great. The channel changer controller is uncooperative and i can never seem to get the screen to the channel i want. The controller is much to small and I often tap the button i did not want. It then takes three or four more confusing steps to return to the screen where i was. Wretched set up. Price was good though.

Solid Job for what it is
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could do better on the brightness and glare. TV works well and is quick enough. Contrast I'd give it a B. This was a fairly cheap television, you get what you pay for. Not recommended for bright rooms.
Great TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the TV is great for the most part love the resolution love the price love Samsung TV all the channels you get with that for free is totally crazy my only complaint is there doesn't seem to be enough computing power to get apps open quickly as I use my TV for all of my apps also there have been a few hiccups with not connecting to Wi-Fi when my Wi-Fi was on and functioning overall I love Samsung I'll always buy Samsung would highly recommend
Sound is annoying
I have several Samsung TV’s. The newest TV I purchased a few months back will not allow me to turn the sound off when I turn the volume up or down. It repeats the channel numbers as I change channels. It is very annoying and confusing. Robert McLeod
Hi Robert, Thank you for your feedback. If your remote isn’t responding, here are a few quick steps to help determine if it’s working correctly: 1. Check the batteries: Remove the back cover of your remote and replace the batteries with a fresh set, ensuring they are inserted in the correct direction. 2. Test for infrared signal: Point the front of the remote at your smartphone camera. While holding down any button, you should see a flashing light through the camera screen. (For iPhone users, the front-facing camera works best.) If you see the light, your remote is working and may need to be re-paired with your TV. 3. Point the remote correctly: Try pointing the remote directly at the TV from about 5-6 feet away. This can help ensure a clearer signal between the remote and the TV. 4. Clean the remote: Gently wipe the top edge of the remote (where the infrared sensor is located) with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or debris that could interfere with functionality. If you still need assistance, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun), or visit the ‘Support’ link on our website to start a LiveChat session. ~ Samsung Advisor
Outside shoveling gravel
I am the person who would rather be outside shoveling gravel than sitting and learning the intricacies of a new remote. The Samsung system is very intuitive; the screen quality is superb. I liked it so much I ordered three more versions. I really enjoy these televisions.
No plug for my surround sound.
Does not have the input plug for surround sound. My 65 inch has it, thought the 76 inch was and upgrade, but makes my surround sound useless with this TV. Other then that its seems to be as good as my 65 inch is. That's why I got it ( OTHER THEN THE SURROUND SOUND PLUG.) In case you missed it, a little disappointed with that.
What else can I say?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really impressed with Samsung's stuff! I got a Samsung plasma TV back in 2014, and ever since then, I've been hooked on their products, like their phones and smartwatches. My new 65-inch Crystal TV really shows how far display tech has come. It gives you an amazing, immersive picture that's super clear. The 4K resolution is awesome for gaming, and the 120Hz refresh rate makes everything so smooth. Plus, the sound on the Crystal TV is great – it fills the whole room, so I don't even need extra speakers or a soundbar. What else can I say about the 65-inch Crystal TV? Lightweight, immersive sound, and top-quality picture – I'm all in on Samsung's ecosystem!
