[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement for a previous Samsung TV. I was satisfied with it until it got old and no longer performed well. Would take up to 5 minutes to get to a program after turning on.When using a streaming services(I don't use cable anymore) it would also take excessive time to load, and would frequently be kicked back to Samsung plus.requiring a restart of whichever service I was watching.It could take a 1/2 hour or more to see 10 minutes of a program. I am laying these problems out to show that I was very happy with the TV until this happened.so when I purchased a replacement I got another Samsung. This one was a step up in size.I trust the Samsung name. I possess several other Samsung products and am totally satisfied with them.(refrigerator,sound system,etc.This new TV is functioning flawlessly. So I'm sold on Samsung. By the way, the old TV's failure was attributed to a deteriorating power supply.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, this 65" Crystal UHD 4K TV made me realize my old TV was basically a toaster with a screen 😅 The picture is crazy sharp, like I can see every pore on someone's face kind of clear. Colors pop without looking weird,the contrast and brightness are amazing and movies feel way more cinematic. Even random YouTube videos look upgraded. Setup was super easy, no stress, no arguing with instructions,the smart features are actually fast for once. No waiting forever for apps to load, which is a win. Sound is decent, but if you really wanna feel like you're in a movie theater, a sound bar helps a lot, for everyday watching, it does the job. Also, it just looks nice, thin, sleek, and makes your living room feel a little more “put together” even if everything else isn't lol. Overall, for the price, this thing is 100% worth it. No regrets at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had some problems with the brightness not being bright enough . it's a 4K resolution which is great for me cuz it's the first one I've had like that and the contrast and refresh rate seems to be fine . But the interface is balky and the manual doesn't make it clear how to default out of the Samsung opening screen, making my wife, who's not a technophile, crazy. Once I changed the settings it was easier, but the TV doesn't play nice with my Denon home theater receiver. Sometimes the eARC works fine, but when you go from external source to TV, they don't communicate.
