[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture, clear and clean. Responsiveness is fair, a little slow and inconsistent when you hit the settings button. It doesn't always go to settings, it puts you into another menu to navigate back to setting. The biggest issue is the sound, you are basically forced to buy a soundbar as the speakers are in the back of the tv and so the sounds is directed away from the viewer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tv. Brightness and Picture are excellent. Details are crisp and so is sound quality. The Contrast and Smoothess are best when you set it in Dynamic. I'm not all that familiar with upscaling and refresh but the overall picture is phenomenal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's too darn complicated! Every time I turn it on, I get the homepage, and have to go through various steps to get to my cable channels. I wish I could program the TV to automatically go to where I want it to when I turn it on. If there is already a way to do this, it's not intuitive enough for an average consumer to figure it out. It also feels like it takes different steps each time I turn on the TV to get to where I want to be. I'll commit to memory what to do, and the next time, that doesn't work, and I have to figure everything out again. It may be considered a "smart TV" because of the supposed easy connection to subscribed channels, but it's not an easy connection for me, and that's all that I care about! Either simplify the homepage or develop more user-friendly instructions on how to set it up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung products and currently have an 85 inch smart TV that has performed flawlessly! We needed a new TV for our Bedroom after the Visio died and we replaced it with the 40 inch Samsung F6000. We like the User interface and we were immediately familiar and comfortable with it. My only complaint is with the included Remote control. It is overly busy and complex and i was constantly having to look at the buttons rather than intuitively knowing where they were. I remedied this with an aftermarket remote that matches our 85 inch TV's, and problem solved! I highly recommend upgrading the remote on the F6000 as soon as possible as this is the only flaw in an otherwise fantastic TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Responsiveness on this TV is very poor. When I mute the sound, the audio will come back on by its self. I have to mute several times before it will stay off. Then when the audio is on, it will suddenly mute the sound by its self. Intermittently when the TV is off, it will suddenly turn on. Not the best TV I have ever had.

The 55" Class Crystal UHD U8000F 4K Smart TV has an AMAZING picture quality; it feels as though you are literally ON the scene as the show you are watching is being filmed! Connecting to services, wifi, devices etc are the easiest, even for those with little to no experience with computers and electronics! If ypu are looking for a high quality, responsive TV, Samsung makes your decision easy and CRYSTAL clear! I highly recommend this item!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is some great apps added but it is very confusing to navigate the platform. I also added an app but can't figure out how to access it without hitting search each time. Not as user friendly as I would like. Too much on the main screen and can't quite figure out how to personalize to our needs. Also struggling to find an app to watch our Seahawks games without paying for a major streaming service. And my workout app is not supported with Samsung which I bought a Samsung tv just for my workout room. Because everything else in our house is Samsung.
