Picture is absolutely great. Would have given it the fifth star except for the sound. In the bedroom, we have to have it all the way up to 70+ to hear it clearly. Thinking about a sound bar but don’t know which would work in correcting volume and it must be controlled with DirectTV’s controller. Our older Samsung has better sound and volume set at 30-40.

Looks great, sounds sub par, bought a Samsung sound bar, and now have already had to factory reset the tv. Not at all happy with this, or Samsung's so called support. At one point I had accidentally connected to their Canadian support folks, they were amazing, but were not allowed to help me. The American one was rude and unhelpful. I now have a sound bar the TV refuses to use unless I factory reset. I bought them at the same time, both Samsung, both worked grea for exactly 4 months. Picture is great. Sound on the tv alone is terrible.

Overall I like this tv. It has really good picture quality when viewing slower moving pictures. It does get some motion blur on fast moving images. The audio sounds really good using my Samsung Q symphony sound bar. Only problem is I get some occasional static and glitching in the sound and have to re start the whole system occasionally. I have installed all new high speed hdmi cables but hasn’t resolved the static issue. Kinda wish I went with a little higher up model but overall like this tv.

CLEAR AND CRISP IMAIGE WITH EXCEPTIONAL SOUND QUXALITY. THEN I HAVE SO MANY CHANELS TO WATCH. I love that I can add more channels, expanding my selection of entertainment. Very Easy to Use. We purchase our first of these TVs about 1.5 years ago. Since then, we have had to have the TV replaced 2 times. The first two just stopped working, went to black screen and never came back on. Now, in May, there was an OS update from Samsung. Now I cannot access my cable stations unless I log in though the Samsun stations. I have checked for a work around but there is none. I am very unhappy with Samsung that they made this change in their new OS. Really annoying.

Awsome tv what else can I say when I watch sports or play video games the picture is amazing high definition and since I have a samsung phone I can control it with my phone and so many other things that I can do with it. I highly recommend you get a samsung tv or product love it
