Excellent picture quality

The colors are bright the contrast in the pictures are strong it has a refresh rate that keeps the resolution sharp in the picture smooth and flowing even in technically complicated shows It has good energy usage and the connections to the Internet for streaming are strong

Samsung

The color is vibrant and appears to absorb reflective light not creating a glare across the screen during high light situations. Was very easy to install and work through through the set up process. Added sound bar very adaptive. All the TVs we own are Samsung.

I have to reboot the tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are times when I have to reboot the tv (unplug from power for 15 seconds) because youtube tv won't load at all. This does not happen on other tv's in the home, only this Samsung. Otherwise, the picture and sound is great.

Inconsistent Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the product's picture is good, at times, the screen flickers. Also, just yesterday and this morning, when I turned on the TV, the screen was completely black. Although there was sound, there was no picture. I had to turn it off and on several times before there was a picture on the screen.

Good not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The television is fine. Always like Samsung's interface, but weird things. HBO Max is not in the app store. You can search and find, but not on the home screen. Also, occasionally have to turn off/on the sound bar so things re-sync together. I keep expecting a software update to fix this, but has not happened.

Big Size Great Features Didn't Last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great television. Loaded apps fast. Beautiful picture. Very easy to use. I love the Samsung channels. I would get an extended warranty on it. Screen started to go out fast. I expected a better life for more expensive products but this one REALLY disappointed me in the longevity category. As hard as it is to oder, handle and mount these televisions they need to last longer.

It so beautiful, good quality image

The picture quality is incredibly sharp, colors are vibrant, and the sound is surprisingly immersive even without extra speakers. Gaming also feels smooth with almost no lag. I especially love how easy the smart features are to use — streaming apps load fast and the interface is clean. The massive screen completely transforms the room and everyone who visits is impressed. Samsung really delivered premium quality, performance, and style with this TV. Definitely one of the best electronics purchases I've made.”

Nothing but Samsungs over here

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won't buy anything but Samsung when it comes to TVs. They are engineered for reliability. When comparing other brands in the store, side by side, it's easy to see the sharpness, the clarity, the resolution, brightness of Samsung wins out over rivals every time. At home I have five Samsung TVs: one in our dining room, our living room, and our 3 bedrooms. At the church I pastor we have two 85" Samsungs in our sanctuary, and i have 2 in my office, and one in our conference room. When I'm able I'll add two in our foyer and one in our hallway.

Pauses by itself

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had trouble with tv pausing by itself. Sometimes it would run 30 seconds and sometimes for a few hrs. Tried removing batteries out of remote for two minutes and that seemed to fix problem so far. Other than that the pictures great sounds are good. I would give it a five except for the pausing

surprise visitpor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been happy with almost every aspect of this TV.. However a spider got in somehow and crawled across the screen FOR DAYS. When I went on line I found several others with bugs on screen.. There is no real fix you just have to wait for them to shrivel up and drop...or not.. ours is still visible and annoying. There is a flaw in your manufacturing that allows an entrance.
