[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this TV is great. Absolutely no complaints on the picture quality. We are somewhat disappointed in the sound. The sound is clear but difficult to adjust to a suitable volume. One minute we can't hear conversions on show and the next background sounds are blowing us away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 6th or 7th Samsung TV and we have been happy with them all. But the remote on this newest one is terrible, hard to use and doesn't always respond. Nor does it seem to have a speak function.

I've personally always gone with the Samsung brand when it comes to tv's and this one is no different. It gives me everything that I ask for. Beautiful brightness within the led screen, the picture quality is immaculate, the refresh rate is fast so I don't get any lag within the picture, and the best part about it is I partnered it with the Samsung sound bar with subwoofer and I use my tv everyday I would never choose another brand!!!

The tv is fairly bright and picture looks good. Its resolution is sharp and has good darkness and black that is true dark in color. The refresh rate is good for high motion video and sports and action events look good on the tv. It’s a good tv only thing is it has had a few software glitches that required a restart to clear

The operating system is very responsive and the Smarthings hub integrates easily onto our existing hub system upscaling our property with a simple uniformity in an elegant and comfortable way. Great for the price. I picked this up at Costco. It is s vast improvement over our old 45" LG model. I connected my Samsung phone and everything just worked. It is clear and bright. Great value! The contrast is as expected. Good at that. The picture has good uniformity across the image. It is responsive enough. It does take a few seconds to boot. I like it.

TV is great, but....it lacks clear instructions for how to connect a sound bar to the tv and actually get it to work. Instruction Manual is very obtuse and unclear. SO HOW DO I CONNECT A SONY SOUNDBAR TO THE TV BEYOND THE HDMI CABLE AND GET THE TV TO PLAY THROPUGH IT? ? IT IS VERY UNCLEAER AND EVERYTHING I HAVE TRIED HAS FAILED. HELP!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Appears to be have very good resolution and color. In large family room and comfortable to view screen from about 15 feet. Remote overall good but moving icon to the menu bar appears to be impossible. Older Samsung TV remotes more functional.

I would cover two topics at once. This 65" UHD TV is everything it is advertised to be. The picture quality is superb - bright with excellent contrast. The picture quality is the same quality anywhere on the screen - edge to edge all wonderful picture quality.
