With its Bluetooth feature, I'm able to connect my phone as a remote controller, when I can't find the tv controller. This tv is amazing.

The main reasons I got it is because I like to cast from my phone to the TV since I have a Samsung galaxy and casting is really easy, and its a cheap 4k. The only problems ive had so far is when using the settings menue the TV can lag slightly and the back of the TV remote doesnt stay latched.

The colors are vibrant and's crisp with a natural look. Viewing is easy on the eyes, the different selection of picture modes makes it simple and easy. One does not have to make any major decision when it comes to the picture. The audio is clean and crisp without any distortion or heaviness to the lower frequencies. The features are simple with hints to the side topics which is sheer genius of thinking as a consumer. Thanks Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I had purchased the 85 in U8000F Crystal UHD TV (2025) I have not been disappointed. The picture is clear & works as expected. I hooked it up to my soundbar & the sound is so much better when I am playing my movies.

Worst TV I've ever had. Constantly freezes while streaming and using apps. Erases your favorite channels if you do another scan. Everything support tells you to do makes you have to install all your apps again and doesn't resolve the problem. If you do a backup it only saves a LIST of your apps and not the apps themselves so you can't restore them

You have pull up a menu screen and search around to do anything. I really miss the mute button and a number pad for changing channels.

The brightness is adjustable so if you can match the vibes of spooky or if a games brightness settings is super low. The contrast options also clears up the picture for older games with terrible rendering.

This is I believe my third or fourth TV purchased. A 55" for my mother's apartment an aficionado of the Asian soap operas. Another for myself. Very bright a huge help for a person like me in my retirement, and the interface and remote control works well, as usual it took some time access all the feature. The high contrast help during the daytime when the windows were open and a high enough refresh rate to play a decent game. Not sure of the upscaling, although the details were very vivid, so that might be the upscaling at work. All in all, a pain free installation and for the moment enjoyable experience using this model.
