I love my new mattress. I no longer wake up every hour with hip and back pain. I feel well rested every morning.

Hi I think this mattress is a great product. Very soft and comfortable on top but has good support underneath. Just what I was looking for

I bought this a month ago. Tried it in the store and it was delivered just as I expected. It was delivered earlier than projected. Very comfortable. Pleased with purchase.

We bought this for the 2nd bedroom. My husband actually used it last week when he was having trouble sleeping. He said it was very comfortable and slept well. FYI he likes a firm bed.

Great Mattress, great delivery, Great price. We always pay over $1,000 for a mattress, but this time I said lets try this. We bought it without even seeing it. We were not disapointed!

It was truly a white glove delivery. The delivery made guys made sure to let me know when they where coming and they did precisely what asked them to to and where sweet and polite. 5 stars to them. The mattress was a bit more firm than I expected but ok. Time will tell, the brand name speaks for itself.

When we first set up the bed, i thought it was going to be too soft for good support. I was completely amazed at the great night's sleep I got, and have continued to enjoy. I've always had a difficult time getting to sleep; this mattress has changed that. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

I have had this bed for less than a month and a half and the adjustable would not work. I could NOT believe it especially since I paid so much for this mattress and adjustable base. I called the number on the warranty card and was told "as a courtesy" they would send someone out. WHAT? I had not even had an opportunity to activate the warranty-I wanted to see how it was going to sleep. I couldn't believe they were going to attempt to FIX it instead of REPLACING the adjustable base. One thing I know, once you start repairing anything, it will not work correctly in the future. The customer service rep said "I will send a part out to you in 3-5 days and a technician will call you in 72 hours" WHAT? I mentioned to him the foot base was "stuck" in the upper position. My suggestions 1) Test the adjustable base as much as you can. 2) Fill out the warranty card immediately 3) Make sure you have an alternative sleeping option. 4) Don't buy this mattress. I am considering returning this bed and ordering a completely different mattress.
