This mattress is NOT plush soft. Id consider it medium firm at best. Try to lie on the mattress before you buy if possible. It's not a soft mattress.

Everything about this mattress is pretty good so far, especially for the price. My only gripe is that its almost 2 inches narrower than our previous queen set and fixed bed frame.

We purchased a plush based upon the advise on the Sam's Club website that side sleepers should have a softer bed. Not necessarily bad advise but it is taking some time to get used to a softer bed. I have been waking up with a sore back. Hopefully things will prove soon, otherwise we may have to consider getting a different bed.

I have a problem with my hip and was looking for a softer mattress than the one I was sleeping on, so I ordered this one. I would have to say that the hip feels much better. This mattress is not quite as soft as I was hoping it would be, but I am happy with it-- but for one reason is why I gave it 4 stars. It has a strong petroleum odor. I let it set all the first day, and then put the sheets on it because we needed a place to sleep. I am a stomach sleeper, and I cannot lay that way because of the smell--------so I took everything back off and opened the window for a day-- it still smells, maybe a little less. I am hoping that the odor will eventually go away. Other than the smell, the mattress is great.

The experience of the on-line purchase, delivery updates, delivery schedule and experience were all professional and what was expected! By the way, the Serta Perfect Sleeper Ashbrook 2.0 Eurotop Plush Queen mattress has been awesome to sleep on: firm as related to keeping its form and shape and plush for comfortable feel!

Mattress is not too plush, not super firm either. It does have a little give, but not a lot. I have this in my guest room and company says its fine. I slept on it myself and would have to say its more on the firm side, but not hard. I slept fine on it and didn't wake up stiff like I usually do when I sleep on a hard mattress at a hotel.

I love my new mattress. I no longer wake up every hour with hip and back pain. I feel well rested every morning.

Mattress is very comfortable, conforms to my body during whatever position I'm in and the sheets finally fit properly.

The delivered mattress, Was nothing like the mattress in store! Rolled to the middle! My old one wasn't that bad. Am returning
