Took awhile to deliver because it was around the holidays. Set it all up in about ten minutes. Mattress is on the firmer side but that is what we needed. Adjustable base works perfectly. The only problem seems to be getting the base warranty registered because they want a proof of purchase for an internet purchased product that only has an online proof of purchase. And it's not printer friendly.

What a great deal and no hassle of going to a mattress store to have to deal or haggle with anyone. Fee delivery with plus membership and it's a quality brand name mattress for way less than casper/QVC and others! Very comfortable for not that much money...Homerun!

This is a great mattress set, but don't let the word "plush" fool you. It is pretty firm. We purchased a 2-inch memory foam topper that makes it perfect for those who love a plush top mattress. It's nice to have the firm foundation with the soft topper.

Nice mattress for the price we paid, 399.00 on sale. The mattress is firm but not hard. I'm realistic, if we paid for a more expensive mattress it would be lush and may last longer but we needed a new one in a hurry and during a pandemic you can't go try them out so we bought this one.

Five years ago, I purchased a Serta Perfect Sleeper "I Series." It has remained very satisfying. I therefore thought that this Serta Perfect Sleeper Ashbrook Eurotop Plus would also be of high quality for the guest room. Although it feels comfortable to lie upon, the quality of construction is very cheap in appearance. The cloth around the sides is very loose and buckled. The threads at the "foot" that join the side material are loose throughout the vertical 12 or 13 inches. Given these issues, I wonder how long the mattress will last...

Out of all Serta mattresses, We tried this mattress and enjoyed it in store with a broken in, however, The mattress we got was of no way near the size of the blush top and was hard as a born. We know it takes time to break in a mattress, however this mattress seem to none at all something or feel plush. Within the first week, the hip & back pain was too much, we had to send it back. The return process wasn't easy, but it got done. Bottom line, this mattress' description is no where near what it actually provides. Was disappointed, but thankful it wasn't expensive. You get what you paid for. I don't recommend for those who need a “cloud” to sleep on and extra plus. It's a firm mattress and most people don't mind that.

I am a little disappointed with this mattress. The reviews talked about how soft and comfortable the mattress was, but I disagree. It is on the firm side. At the store it seemed soft enough but I now need to buy a memory foam pad to place on top of this mattress.

We expected a Eurotop Plush to not be so firm. As folks with 55 to 60 year old bones that side-sleep 50% of the night, we've been waking up with sore limbs for the past two weeks. Although we'll try to tough if out for the recommended 21 days before making a final decision, we fully anticipate needing to return this mattress.

We ordered this mattress on line after a lot of comparing and consideration. Price was not a deciding issue. We are in our 70's, slender, and need comfort on our pressure points. This mattress does not give any pressure point comfort. Even after the 1st night, you could see our body imprints in the mattress. We are stuck with it. There is no way we can handle a king size mattress to return it to a store. We ended up buying a new memory foam topper to put on top. That helped some, but, it is still a bust. I would warn everyone, don't buy this mattress. It looks plush and comfy on the outside, but, it is not worth whatever you may pay for it.

Within just two nights of sleeping on this king mattress, it developed “dips” where we lay that are totally visible even with the bed made. At first I thought maybe we needed to “weigh down the over-fluffed middle” a bit, but that hasn't worked. It looks like a years-old mattress immediately. Very disappointed, and unexpectedly so, as we bought the queen size of this mattress last year and were very pleased.
