Very nice

Recently we purchased a Serta Perfect Sleeper Ashbrook Mattress with which we are terribly displeased. The mattress is too soft, gives no support and has already developed depressions in the mattress surface. We need to be contacted by a Serta representative because we believe the mattress to be defective. PLEASE have someone contact us concerning this matter.

I was initially elated to find what I thought would be a good mattress at an affordable price. I wasn't able to sleep on it right away as I was still moving into my new house and waiting for furniture to arrive and was excited to try it out, but literally after the very first night I noticed an incredible dip in the upper part of the mattress where my torso and arms rest on it. I thought maybe the mattress would spring back into place after I had been out of it for awhile, but that has sadly not been the case and there are now two massive dips - one lower down as well that are seemingly permanent. I don't weigh much so was very surprised at the size of the dips I'd managed to leave in it and I feel as though I am sleeping at an angle with my head tipped toward the headboard. I can't get comfortable at all in it and as I have a history of back problems, I am worried the issues will resurface as my back is now in a curved position when I sleep on this mattress. The dips also are pretty unsightly to look at as well - you can even see that the mattress is undulating with big dips even when I make the bed and put a fairly heavy comforter over it. I have only been sleeping in this mattress for three nights and already I'm thinking I'm going to have to replace it with another mattress. I wouldn't recommend this mattress to anyone.

This is my second mattress purchase from Sam's since Feb. 2022. I'm still unhappy with this second/replacement purchase. I love that I don't feel the coils along the sides like the previous one but this one dips in the middle. I mean my body drops like I'm in a pool. Even my 134 lb son body drops but the edge if perfect. All of the bed needs to feel the the edge. Some may say return but it took forever for them to pickup the last mattress as well as deliver this one. Is there anything I can do so that I'm not sinking in bed? I've been sleeping on it for 2 nights.

I brought this king mattress set on December 21, 2020. I was delivered to my home sometimes in January 2021. The deliver went seamless. After two weeks of sleeping on the mattress, I notice it was really showing me and my husband's body print in the mattress. When I make the bed up it shows to valleys dip in the bed. The valley has gotten deeper and deeper. For a $1000 plus dollars, I expected the mattress to be of a better quality. I think I got a dud. I had previously bought a 2 queen set of the same brand and they worked out perfectly in my other bedrooms.

It has been a few months since I purchased this mattress and it already has a dip/hammock going on in the middle. The mattress is only used for sleeping ~7-9 hours a night with weight of ~150-160 lbs and after only 5 months it became first noticeable and became very bad for the back. Without laying on it, the mattress is about 1 inch shorter in the middle compared to the sides. I do not recommend this mattress.

Great comfort

Woke up after the first night sleeping on this mattress, hurting in both shoulders and my neck. It is a firm mattress and the euro plush top doesn't help much at all. While sleeping on my side, I woke up several times during the night because of pain in my shoulders. The mattress is quite comfortable if you sleep flat on your back.

I really thought Serta was quality. I purchased Aug 2020 and now Mar 2021 the bed has a dip/scoop/valley in the center of bed. Even noticeable when the bed is made. Comfort is there but you have to grab the sides of the mattress to get out something isn't quite right. Bed has box spring and slats for the foundation. Really no excuse even for a lower end mattress. Disappointed

This bed was very comfortable when we got it less than a year ago. Now, however, the pillow top portion of the bed has sunken down where we sleep (not the middle of the bed due to lack of foundational support) making it pretty uncomfortable. Some websites recommend rotating the mattress every so often, but it does not bounce back at all when not in use. We really enjoyed the bed before this, it is a shame that cheap materials were used and it broke down within less than a year of using the bed. We are more or less in the bed market again after hoping we could save money on a less expensive bed.
