I ordered this mattress on 1/14 with a tentative delivery date of 2/4. The mattress finally arrived on 3/6 and was one of the worse mattress I have ever owned. It was saggy in the middle and poor quality. The box springs were poorly constructed as well. I called to return the order to Sams Club and now waiting again for the delivery service to pick up the order before I can get a refund. I am disappointed beyond belief!

I really thought Serta was quality. I purchased Aug 2020 and now Mar 2021 the bed has a dip/scoop/valley in the center of bed. Even noticeable when the bed is made. Comfort is there but you have to grab the sides of the mattress to get out something isn't quite right. Bed has box spring and slats for the foundation. Really no excuse even for a lower end mattress. Disappointed

I purchased this February 2022 for my husband after surgery. Unfortunately this mattress dips down on the side of mattress where your body dips down and even caused one to become unbalanced to almost falling off the bed! I purchased a queen and a full Mattress the same for guess rooms the same issue. Not good made mattresses! I feel like these mattresses are made irregular! A waste of a lot of money! It's is suppose To have a ten year warranty through sams club! I've not been able to resolve this issue! I know I'm not the only person with this experience because I e read other reviews with same issues

Recently we purchased a Serta Perfect Sleeper Ashbrook Mattress with which we are terribly displeased. The mattress is too soft, gives no support and has already developed depressions in the mattress surface. We need to be contacted by a Serta representative because we believe the mattress to be defective. PLEASE have someone contact us concerning this matter.

Very comfortable

Woke up after the first night sleeping on this mattress, hurting in both shoulders and my neck. It is a firm mattress and the euro plush top doesn't help much at all. While sleeping on my side, I woke up several times during the night because of pain in my shoulders. The mattress is quite comfortable if you sleep flat on your back.

The shipment of mattress was as described;, received it a few days early than expected and had good communication with the shipping company, and they removed the old mattress. Disappointed in how "squishy" the mattress is, DOES NOT have a firm side wall!!! Waking up with back aches, headache and shoulder stiffness that I hope is just adjustment to the mattress which I have been using for about a week. Would only recommend to those who want a soft, soft mattress

We bought this mattress 6months ago. It was hard as a rock the first month. Ok for a month or so and now my husband prefers sleeping on the floor instead of this mattress and I wake up so sore because the support is awful. There are big dips on each side of the bed where we lay after a few months even though we have rotated per instructions. Already shopping for a new mattress. Please don't waste your money on this mattress!
