We bought this mattress 6months ago. It was hard as a rock the first month. Ok for a month or so and now my husband prefers sleeping on the floor instead of this mattress and I wake up so sore because the support is awful. There are big dips on each side of the bed where we lay after a few months even though we have rotated per instructions. Already shopping for a new mattress. Please don't waste your money on this mattress!

I bought a mattress 3 mo ago slept on it for 2 months in misery. I called Sams with the issue they directed me to serta. Serta fixed my problem with no hesitation. But I really wish I had kept my regular box springs because mattress had verses this one they is a difference. With height.

Got it for a good price, but was just not firm enough for my liking, and I returned it after developing hip soreness. I'm primarily a side-sleeper and this mattress didn't keep my body straight enough. I just sank into the bed in a "V" position and was not able to get a good night's rest on my side or on my back. For those that like a really soft bed, I believe this could work well for you, but it was much too soft for me to use.

I ordered this mattress on 1/14 with a tentative delivery date of 2/4. The mattress finally arrived on 3/6 and was one of the worse mattress I have ever owned. It was saggy in the middle and poor quality. The box springs were poorly constructed as well. I called to return the order to Sams Club and now waiting again for the delivery service to pick up the order before I can get a refund. I am disappointed beyond belief!

Great comfort

I purchased this mattress because I believed I needed an adjustable base and the display said the Ashbrook 2.0 is compatible with the adjustable base. It will bend at the joints but the mattress sinks (apparently the springs compress and cannot return to original height). In short I now have a dip in the mattress that resembles a sway back old horse.

Very comfortable

I brought this king mattress set on December 21, 2020. I was delivered to my home sometimes in January 2021. The deliver went seamless. After two weeks of sleeping on the mattress, I notice it was really showing me and my husband's body print in the mattress. When I make the bed up it shows to valleys dip in the bed. The valley has gotten deeper and deeper. For a $1000 plus dollars, I expected the mattress to be of a better quality. I think I got a dud. I had previously bought a 2 queen set of the same brand and they worked out perfectly in my other bedrooms.

Very comfortable

I really thought Serta was quality. I purchased Aug 2020 and now Mar 2021 the bed has a dip/scoop/valley in the center of bed. Even noticeable when the bed is made. Comfort is there but you have to grab the sides of the mattress to get out something isn't quite right. Bed has box spring and slats for the foundation. Really no excuse even for a lower end mattress. Disappointed
