We love our new mattress. We have spent twice as much, two different times, and never kept them more than 3/4 years. Which was at least 2 1/2 years longer than we wanted. I recommend this mattress to anyone.

We love the Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress. It is very comfortable and offers great support. We ordered online after choosing in the store, and the mattress was delivered a week earlier than expected. Also, shipping was free.

The mattress is comfy. I'm a side sleeper. We use this in our RV. I had to make some frame alterations to make it work, but am glad i did. The white glove service they use for delivery was awesome!

Mattress is great. Quite firm compared to the old one. It was a replacement for our current Serta, which has lasted for years. Very pleased with Sam's white-glove delivery service... on time, courteous personnel. I think its a good value.

Bought the bed during a sale and because it said plush. The bed can be tested at sams club but it is way different when the bed actually arrives. The bed is extremely FIRM. Serta is already scheduled to pick it up from my place.

We were very pleased with the quality of this mattress. It is very comfortable and a tall profile. We were not expecting this quality for the price we paid.

This is a great mattress. It's a bit firmer than what I expected from the same model demo mattress in the store, but I've gotten used to it. Seems to be great quality, but I've only had it 2 weeks.

I purchased this February 2022 for my husband after surgery. Unfortunately this mattress dips down on the side of mattress where your body dips down and even caused one to become unbalanced to almost falling off the bed! I purchased a queen and a full Mattress the same for guess rooms the same issue. Not good made mattresses! I feel like these mattresses are made irregular! A waste of a lot of money! It's is suppose To have a ten year warranty through sams club! I've not been able to resolve this issue! I know I'm not the only person with this experience because I e read other reviews with same issues

The shipment of mattress was as described;, received it a few days early than expected and had good communication with the shipping company, and they removed the old mattress. Disappointed in how "squishy" the mattress is, DOES NOT have a firm side wall!!! Waking up with back aches, headache and shoulder stiffness that I hope is just adjustment to the mattress which I have been using for about a week. Would only recommend to those who want a soft, soft mattress

I bought this mattress in a full size but when we put it in the frame we noticed the difference that the frame had 3 + inches empty. And decided to measure the mattress and yes Mattress is 51W/75L. Very disappointed now i have to go back on Sam's club and return this mattress. Since I call and they just say bring it back. No apologies or nothing. Because they don't care how far you leave. Very very disappointed.
