For being a plush matress its more firm than plush. I'm sadly returning the mattress to look for something plush

We paid for a Calif King, we received a King. I have pictures showing inches missing when placed on the box spring. Survey won't accept my pictures.

Bought the bed during a sale and because it said plush. The bed can be tested at sams club but it is way different when the bed actually arrives. The bed is extremely FIRM. Serta is already scheduled to pick it up from my place.

We bought two of these after trying them out at our local Sam's Club. Last night was the first night our guests used them and they both reported they were very comfortable.

We were a little concerned by ordering a mattress without trying it out first, but we are well pleased. The only downside was it took a month to get it delivered, but the savings were worth it!

This is a great mattress. It's a bit firmer than what I expected from the same model demo mattress in the store, but I've gotten used to it. Seems to be great quality, but I've only had it 2 weeks.

Love our new mattress. I'm not a pillow top fan but really like this one. Soft touch on top but mattress is firm enough for me. Noticed difference first night I slept on it.

This mattress was purchased for my 94 year old father and is even better quality than expected. A little firmer than anticipated but my father is getting accustomed to the mattress. Overall very happy with the purchase!

We were very pleased with the quality of this mattress. It is very comfortable and a tall profile. We were not expecting this quality for the price we paid.
