Bought specifically for the duplex copy/scan feature. Anytime I use the ADF it jams. It maybe two months old. :-\

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is AMAZING. I don’t know how I went with other printers. I am able to buy the ink for a reasonable price and can get thousands of pages out of one purchase.

Setup never charged ink. Now it does nothing but "print" blank pages. Never allows you to try again. Putting ink on the page is the core function of a printer. That should be handled before it starts bombarding you with other screens and "options". Just keeps failing and refusing to actually print anything

Scan QR on phone - step by step setup walks you right through it. Immediately found by Win11 computers. So far so good!

So far so good. Easy set up. My only negative is that colors are not as brilliant as my older HP printer.

I purchased a larger one for my office. I purchased this one for home use. It's a great printer. I used hp prior to these two. I really like like the ink tanks

I've had to replace my ecotank 2x and it still doesn't work. it's not worth the money

My photo was printed with diamond clarity on plain printer paper and it looks better than the canvases I purchased for my home! You could literally purchase this printer to print wall decor for an entire home. I love that you can print on photo paper too! The ink that comes with it is so vibrant and easy to fill. I will never go back to a cartridge ink printer. Easily connected to my phone for a quick, easy setup process. The speed is unmatched to any other printer I’ve ever owned. I work in my living room and send documents to my printer in the office to print out in 3 seconds. I recommend this printer to anyone! Especially families looking to print family photos for a scrapbook, young adults wanting high quality wall decor for their home/apartment, and to working professionals that need lighting fast printer response!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this printer. Ink is super easy to load the app is super easy and gives step by step to set up. It prints and scans super quick. It also can sends faxes though i dont have use for that. It prints really nicely considering i spilled water on my printing paper. Then printed a photo on said paper, that I should have used glossy photo paper and it would have came out perfect if the paper copy is any indication. I highly recommend this printer its great!
