Great product. Much more economical on ink. No more ink subscriptions nor being a slave to the number of pages you can print with an ink subscription. Time will tell how durable this Epson will be be for now, I’m quite happy.

Easy to set up. Adding ink to the tanks is clean, simple, and easy. Prints on both sides. Everyone from our family can print from their Apple devices.

I have used an Epson tank system printer for over 5 years and only bought new ink bottles once. This purchase was an upgrade from an earlier model and it has shown to have the same print quality and ink economics of my first epson. Exceptional value.

The size and operation were just what I was looking for, the price was within what I intended to spend.

I just wanted a Good Printer that I don’t have to fight. This one is Perfect. I don’t normally write reviews but this is worth it.

Unfortunately i will need to return it because it cannot hold a wifi connection due to going into deep sleep mode. I've tried all the suggestions and finally found it is due to a limitation in the electronics. I really wanted this to work because i like the way it handles ink. But will need to go back to HP since it doesn't have any issues waking up and maintaining the wifi connection. Another issue is that Epson has limitations with ARM processors that does not allow you to install the Epson software. In other words, it doesn't work well with the Microsoft Surface Pro ARM based models

It is unusual for me to review a product. I have this product in my office. I have promoted Epson because of the ink and how I thought it would function. That was until I had it to use in my office. It is very difficult to learn to use. The worst part is the ADF. The absolute worst because 99% of the time the pages get caught and you have to pull them out. Also, it gets hung up scanning the glass and will not go to the ADF to see if there are papers. You have to restart the process every time to use the multiple paper scanner, ADF. I wish I had encouraged a purchase of another printer.

I have always thought of Epson printers as top of the line! But this model has been the worst printer I have ever owned. I thought it would just be a few bugs fixable with update but to my surprise not happening. I do not recommend this unit and I got it as a Christmas gift and I do not believe Sams will take it back and give me a refund! Total disappointment.

I had high hopes for this printer and was really looking forward to the eco tank feature. 1. You can't queue more than one job at a time. 2. Almost every print job cancels itself for no reason. 3. It won't restart OR cancel unless you run the Printer Connection Checker. This is extremely difficult when printing large or 2 sided documents; you have to count the pages that printed to be able to queue again the unprinted pages. 4. I printed pictures that had a 1" band of purple ink at the bottom.

Find another model! This is the 2nd Epson I’ve owned, and the first one was great. This one gets paper jams every single time I print. I even returned it and got a replacement bc I thought it was just a glitch when I originally purchased it, but nope. This one has the same exact problem, and I didn’t realize until we were past the return window. We spent a lot of money for something that gives us problems with every use, I’m so disappointed in this purchase. I’ve lost so much paper and ink, not to mention time, due to this thing acting up. I will seriously rethink EVER buying another Epson after this experience. So frustrating.
