Works well and improvement over previous Eco Tank models, which I already loved

Setup was very easy and connection to my network was fast. Filling the ink was much easier and faster than what I had figured. Can't believe I waited this long to get away from cartridges! Printer alignment was so fast it seems like it was done prior to shipment.

I just wanted a Good Printer that I don’t have to fight. This one is Perfect. I don’t normally write reviews but this is worth it.

Doesn't stay connected Prints a half a page, then stops. Prints 5 out of 10 pages, then stops. Settings don't work. Have to press "yes print" even after setting turned off. Very frustrating printer.

Great product. Much more economical on ink. No more ink subscriptions nor being a slave to the number of pages you can print with an ink subscription. Time will tell how durable this Epson will be be for now, I'm quite happy.

Just bought one a couple days ago and ended up returning it because the print quality was nothing close to what is shown on the box. Every time I would print something it would come out like the picture was faded. I had everything set up and tried printing hoping things were probably printing like that because it had to do a few prints first then it would print good. I even let it sit overnight hoping it just had to adjust first then it will be good to go but it was still coming out no good so I gave up and returned it.

I have always thought of Epson printers as top of the line! But this model has been the worst printer I have ever owned. I thought it would just be a few bugs fixable with update but to my surprise not happening. I do not recommend this unit and I got it as a Christmas gift and I do not believe Sams will take it back and give me a refund! Total disappointment.

I liked the ability to scan multiple documents and sending easily from the Epson Smart app. My goal was to save money on ink and that goal has been met. What I don't like and makes me wish I could return the printer is the small screen on the printer and some functions MUST be done on that ridiculous screen. It's almost useless. I also dislike the cheap plastic . I wish I had found a better printer but was pressed to have a printer now so I settled. I'd spend more to actually enjoy the printer overall. It's so flimsy and cheaper out.
