When I received it - packaging was of good quality and intact, installation was very easy and application did most of the work. Refilling ink tank is quick and convenient, but the best part was print quality: the colors are very vibrant and produce life-like photos with decent quality photo-paper. It's compact and doesn’t take up much space, which is perfect for my home office. Definitely would recommend this to others!

My photo was printed with diamond clarity on plain printer paper and it looks better than the canvases I purchased for my home! You could literally purchase this printer to print wall decor for an entire home. I love that you can print on photo paper too! The ink that comes with it is so vibrant and easy to fill. The printer speed is good. It’s not extremely fast but it’s also not slow. I really liked that it prints front and back. The ink seems to last a good amount of time which I really liked and the only thing it’s not as vibrant as I thought it was gonna be, but it might be the paper that I’m using so that might be the problem so I will be buying a better quality paper. But overall the quality of the printer is absolutely excellent. I completely recommend to others. I love it!!!
