The use of the smart function is hit or miss. Even when I have being using it for BBC iplay on one day it may not work the next. I keep getting the message "I keep getting "host name does not match server certificate". I have switched server and TV on and off and checked for software updates but still works sometimes and not others.

Great TV for the price. Looks and sounds good. Easy to setup plus not so heavy to mount on wall. Don’t like that you can’t mute sound from remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tv itself is brilliant, picture quality amazing sound good, the only issue is that you need to buy an AI remote seperately as this TV doesn’t come with one regardless having it’s functions

the issues i have are that the sound quality is terrible, the controller is a cross between a computer mouse and a nintendo wii remote and i hate it. the remote has voice control but you have to agree to allow the remote to record sounds 24/7 to use it. but other than that it's a good tv.

Works well. The remote control could be labelled clearer. Unable to get Alexa to work.
