Not as good as other keurigs. The water comes out very slow, machine is not high quality, seems to be made with cheaper materials. AND there is no power button! Have to plug in and out every use!!

Our 6 month old Keurig had an issue during the descaling process where it would no longer work. Contacted Keurig for warranty replacement and was an easy process. Disappointed the original machine failed, but they made it right.

My K-Iced pot just arrived a few weeks ago. I love the speed at which it brews and the coffee tastes very flavorful. I love how it brews my coffee. I have not tried the iced coffee yet, I am anxious to do that soon.

Super quiet, heats SO quickly and brews great coffee! I especially love the iced coffee feature. It barely takes up any space on the counter as well since it's so slim. We use this more than our Nespresso machine now.

With all the different functions this is the best Keurig I've bought. Hot and iced coffee, the reservoir, different sizes, and the strong button for my husband. The price was great. Shipping was fast and accurate.

I love this machine. It doesn't bother me that it lightweight. It brews good coffee. It does not give the plastic taste that sometimes come with new machines. The ice and strong is two funtions that I love to use on a daily.

I like the color. I have another single serve maker the same color and wanted to upgrade slightly. I do not like the lid that covers the water because it's not attached to the coffee maker. You have be careful or it will fall into the water.

I’ve had this for about 3 weeks and I’ve used it every single day! It’s so slim so it fits nice and cozy on my counter and takes very minimal space. I love that I can make my iced coffee and the rest of my family can still brew their hot coffees.

So far so good. I did assume with it being Hot/Cold, the setting for cold would have (at the least) room water temp. Prepare to use lots of ice. Nice option though

We absolutely love our new Keurig machine! Being able to make hot coffee and iced coffee is amazing. Unlike our old Keurig model this one is always ready to brew coffee whenever I put aa pod in.
