We are very happy that we purchased this coffee machine. It works fantastic and even our visitors love it. The coffee tastes better and it does not occupy too much space in our kitchen.

I bought a new coffee maker. It did not work, called them up they sent me a replacement, asked me them to return the other one which I did. It was a matter 10 days and it was all over with.

Love the dual functionality of iced and hot brews, nice sleek style. Water canister mounts in the back, so assuming most people set this on their counter with the back of the maker to the wall, usability of water canister is not ideal.

We bought this unit and it leaked and did not work properly. Contacted Keurig and they replaced it. Received it and it is working perfectly! Thank you for backing your product.

I prefer using refillable pods for my specialty coffee and I have to use force to get this Keurig to close on them. I've never had that problem with any other single-serve coffee-maker. Very disappointing. Please advise if there's a solution.

I love this machine. It doesn't bother me that it lightweight. It brews good coffee. It does not give the plastic taste that sometimes come with new machines. The ice and strong is two funtions that I love to use on a daily.

This little pot works great for our kitchen it's small it's a very low profile white color blends in with everything it almost becomes innocuous very happy with it it does a great job.

I had a keurig for 4 years before it started to go. I bought a new one and it died in less than 4 months. My replacement one, the coffee already tastes bad. They’re not like they used to be

My original k-iced was damage the coffee was watery no matter if I hit the strong option or not. I called Keurig and my replacement was sent right away my new k-iced is perfect the coffee taste so good both hot and cold.
