I LOVE MY NEW KEURIG..THE ICED COFFEE FUNCTION IS WHAT I WANTED IT FOR AND IT HAS NOT LET ME DOWN. I LIKE TO MAKE AND DRINK DIFFERENT COFFEE(ICED) COFFEE RECIPES BUT IT GETS EXPENSIVE PURCHASING ICED COFFEE BEFORE WORK. NOW I CAN MAKE ALL I WANT AT HOME. ICED OR HOT I LOVE IT

I love this machine. I have it for a month. I don't have to be pouring water like in my old 1-cup Keurig. It has a button for extra strong coffee like espresso. You can make a big cup of ice coffee, too. If I have guests I can make 3 cups regular without filling g up the water again. So quiet, too. Great space saver and looks nice. I recommend it.

This was a replacement for on that stopped working. Keurig replaced it quickly and I'm back enjoying great coffee.

I love the k-iced coffeemaker. Iced coffee comes out great,not watered down and my previous maker was the k-slim which only held enough water for 1 cup of coffee. The k-iced with it's compact reservoir holds enough water for a few cups. I am very happy with my purchase.

I upgraded from the mr. coffee iced coffee maker and that would melt the ice pretty much by the time it was brewed!! This on the other hand, I still have ice in my coffee and the different sizes help when using different cups. It’s the perfect coffee maker for someone that doesn’t need anything too fancy. I recommend it to everyone

Since this was a gift for our grand-daughter who is off to Uni in the Fall, she did the research and decided this was the best option for her dorm room. It certainly is compact and clean looking. She was delighted to receive it. (plus we're long time users of Keurig's so know it was a good investment)

Mine failed after 2 months. I no longer had the receipt. I called customer service and they wonderful. I followed some simple instructions and they sent me a knew one within a week. Best part was my call was answered promptly. Best customer service ever!! I’ve owned Kuerigs before and they were great. This one breaking was just a fluke. Great Product!

I've had a large Keurig for over 10 years, and it did great the entire time until recently! I bought the K-Iced to replace it. I love the features, and how slim it is (vs the original that I had). My ONLY complaint is that it did not come with a water filter system, I had to purchase that separately. It would have been nice to know when I bought it that it was a separate item, because I would have bought it all together. So, for the fact that it did not come with one, and it was not specified in the item description that it would not come with one, I took one star. Otherwise? Great machine!

The “iced” setting still brews pretty hot coffee, just a smidge less hot. If you follow the instructions and brew it over a cup of ice you’re gonna have watery lukewarm coffee with no ice left. Makes more sense to just brew hot and wait for it to cool, so I may as well have gotten a different model. I do like the “strong” hot coffee setting though but I got iced for a reason!

The lower price for this keurig coffee maker should have been a sign for me not to purchase. I am very dissapointed in the quality of the machine. Every k-cup I use in the maching comes out with a large amount of grounds sitting on top of the k-cup along with several grounds in my coffee in which I have to strain in order to dring my coffee. The machine is loud and the add water light comes on even with a great deal of water left in the resivoir. What a let down, I hoped for better.
