Thank you for honoring your warranty and sending a new Keurig. I love my Keurig and I appreciate the company standing behind their product.

My wife is really happy with her replacement Keurig, especially since the iced coffee maker is working this time.

The lower price for this keurig coffee maker should have been a sign for me not to purchase. I am very dissapointed in the quality of the machine. Every k-cup I use in the maching comes out with a large amount of grounds sitting on top of the k-cup along with several grounds in my coffee in which I have to strain in order to dring my coffee. The machine is loud and the add water light comes on even with a great deal of water left in the resivoir. What a let down, I hoped for better.

I bought my first one 6 months ago and I'm on my 3rd one now through warranties. 2nd one didn't heat up or give right cups and only gave out about 6 oz on the 8, 10 and 12 oz ones. I'm on my 3rd now for a few days and it puts out 12 oz on the 10 oz. I want my money refunded and I will never buy Keurig again. Fix these issues Keurig or you'll be out of business. I would not even give 1 star but it makes you.

So far I like it I love my iced coffee maker it's just when it comes to the descaling process is the problem that I have the most where my button sticks but other than that I love it and I'm very excited and thank y'all so much Keurig for sending me a replacement because I can't go without my coffee maker especially my iced coffee in the springtime thank y'all so so much for everything you all have done for me

I've had a large Keurig for over 10 years, and it did great the entire time until recently! I bought the K-Iced to replace it. I love the features, and how slim it is (vs the original that I had). My ONLY complaint is that it did not come with a water filter system, I had to purchase that separately. It would have been nice to know when I bought it that it was a separate item, because I would have bought it all together. So, for the fact that it did not come with one, and it was not specified in the item description that it would not come with one, I took one star. Otherwise? Great machine!

I purchased this for more counter space. First one I received gave me 8oz or less on a 12oz level. Also when the water reservoir got just below half way it asked for more water. I called Keurig and they said I must have a defective one. They sent me out a new one with no issues and even gave me 2 free boxes of coffee. Received my replacement maker and it did the exact thing with the exception of every few coffees it did give me 12oz worth. Returning it today.

I love this product so much! We had a regular keurig for quite a while, but I recently fell in love with iced coffee! After purchasing this, I drink like 4 iced coffees a day! My ice maker can hardly keep up! The coffee doesn’t come out cold, but it is not as hot as normal brewing. If you brew over a cup of ice, it is perfect!

I thought the machine sucked. A mess would be made every time I used. That's until I found on YouTube, I needed to modify the pods/machine for use with reusable pods. Keurig should have provided this information. If using refillable pods: 1. Remove the grey, lower portion of pod. 2. Remove the hard plastic pod holder from inside the machine. 3. Now pod fits

It’s a second machine I purchased specifically for the iced coffee option.. I’ve used it 2x as of now.. The iced coffee option I find comes out better in this machine vs my other Keurig that brews only hot coffee but it does have a frother built in.. So I can make any coffee I am in the mood for.. lol
