I love this machine.  I have it for a month.  I don’t have to be pouring water like in my old 1-cup Keurig.  It has a button for extra strong coffee like espresso.  You can make a big cup of ice coffee, too.   If I have guests I can make 3 cups regular without filling g up the water again. So quiet, too.  Great space saver and looks nice.  I recommend it.

This was a replacement for on that stopped working. Keurig replaced it quickly and I'm back enjoying great coffee.

Second Time Around

So far I like it I love my iced coffee maker it's just when it comes to the descaling process is the problem that I have the most where my button sticks but other than that I love it and I'm very excited and thank y'all so much Keurig for sending me a replacement because I can't go without my coffee maker especially my iced coffee in the springtime thank y'all so so much for everything you all have done for me

Replacement

This keurig replaced our last keurig which quit working. I like the iced coffee feature. New one doesn't always fill the correct ounce chosen.

Nice features!

From the start there were issues. Getting tank seated so it doesn't leak is tricky. Brew size inconsistent,  brews extra amounts than button pushed.
Then just stopped brewing. Gurgles, but no water being pumped. Tried all the troubleshooting but no luck. 
Returned to Sams. Keurig customer service just gives AI answers.

Quit working after 2 months

Coffee doesn't get hot enough 
I've bought it his brand for years and I not happy anymore 
Your quality gets cheaper every new one I get and it they don't last. It's time For me to try another brand.

Not Happy

The lower price for this keurig coffee maker should have been a sign for me not to purchase. I am very dissapointed in the quality of the machine.  Every k-cup I use in the maching comes out with a large amount of grounds sitting on top of the k-cup along with several grounds in my coffee in which I have to strain in order to dring my coffee.  The machine is loud and the add water light comes on even with a great deal of water left in the resivoir. What a let down, I hoped for better.

Hoped for Better

I bought my first one 6 months ago and I'm on my 3rd one now through warranties. 2nd one didn't heat up or give right cups and only gave out about 6 oz on the 8, 10 and 12 oz ones.  I'm on my 3rd now for a few days and it puts out 12 oz on the 10 oz. I want my money refunded and I will never buy Keurig again. Fix these issues Keurig or you'll be out of business. I would not even give 1 star but it makes you.
