Received my K-Iced Essentials Maker. It was a replacement for my other one that was only 3 weeks old. This one seems to be working better, hopefully it will stay that way. I have been a Keurig user for many years.

Received this as a gift initially, it broke in under a month. Warranty team was super helpful with helping me get a replacement and it was very quick.

LOVE making iced coffee with this! I live in the south, and it sure ain't feelin' like fall or winter! :) An iced coffee in the morning is so nice & refreshing. (Plus the hot coffee function works great, too.)

Bought one about a month ago and it dead after a week, Keurig sent me a replacement super quick, and haven't even asked me for it back. I love the reservoir and it makes a super quick cup of coffee.

This machine behaves no differently than a traditional Keurig. It is not sure why they call it K-Iced. It brews with hot water throughout the entire brewing cycle and it definately does melt most of the ice - same as all Keurig that I have owned.

Your idiot people tried to tell me the receipt I provided was over a year old and that the unit is purchased was used (neither of which was true and only made me furious!) *I would hope uoi fire whoever reviewed my receipt!

K-Iced failed. Keurig replaced it quickly. Exemplary customer assistance. For all things coffee, I will be a customer forever. This is the way it oughta be.

I bought this about 6 months ago and have been using daily, think it went kapow after the descaling issue.I had trouble free customer service who was very helpful and issued me a replacement which arrived within 3 days. Big shout out to Keurig.

Love this coffee maker!! Perfect if for small spaces! My first one stopped working and Keurig quickly replaced it as it was stil under warranty. Thanks Keurig!!

This single serve Keurig coffee maker's ice option is sweet. Kind of disappointed no black options were available; white is cute but doesn't look as well with all black appliances. Arrived in day promised with no damage.
