This unit was a replacement for a unit that wouldn't pump out the appropriate amount of coffee. For example, if you push "12" and expect a 12oz cup of coffee, you may only get 4oz. Well, the replacement unit had the same issue.

Your idiot people tried to tell me the receipt I provided was over a year old and that the unit is purchased was used (neither of which was true and only made me furious!) *I would hope uoi fire whoever reviewed my receipt!

My machine went dead after 9 months usage. Appreciate the service and support of Keurig to replace it with a brand new one. Couldn't imagine a service better than this. 5-stars!!!

i love this coffee maker, only thing is that when i descaled it, it stopped working and had only had it for 5 months. when i called keurig they replaced it with a new one. Love it and i would've bought another one even if they hadn't replaced it.

Love the dual functionality of iced and hot brews, nice sleek style. Water canister mounts in the back, so assuming most people set this on their counter with the back of the maker to the wall, usability of water canister is not ideal.

We absolutely love our new Keurig machine! Being able to make hot coffee and iced coffee is amazing. Unlike our old Keurig model this one is always ready to brew coffee whenever I put aa pod in.

I’ve also bought the better Keurig’s since 2010 but the one I was using didn’t really make good iced coffee so I saw this one for a Fourth special. I didn’t like the way the water reservoir fit on the brewer. Very flimsy. I was just so disappointed.

this keurig model is a dream come true!! It’s the machine I’ve always needed since I drink iced coffee basically through out the whole year and my regular coffee with ice added after was too watery. This is the perfect option!

The first one I bought stopped working within 7 months and we rarely use it. The whole thing wouldn’t come back on, no lights or anything. They used our warranty to get us a brand new one and so far it is working great. I hope it stays that way.

Recently purchased and been enjoying. Works perfect with no issues. Love the Iced coffee feature, coupled with a McCafe Mocha Frappe on ice, Mmm mmm good lol. Thanks Keurig for a nice machine.
