My husband likes hot coffee and I like it iced. This machine does both wonderfully and we couldn’t be happier. I also enjoy being able to put more than 1 cup of water in at a time.

I love my new Keurig. I get up everyday and make myself ice coffee. I usually make a second cup during the day. My husband makes hot coffee. It is so convenient to have my new Keurig right on my counter.

I JUST NEED MY DAILY ICED TEA AND OR ICED COFFEE ! I HAVE A K- ELITE THAT IS STRICTLY FOR MORNING WAKE ME - UP !! BUT NOW I HAVE A K - ICED JUST FOR AFTERNOON AND EVENING TIME !!! EXCELLENT ANYTIME SERVER .

I purchased a Keurig machine less a year ago, after it suddenly stopped working I called customer service. They were very helpful and quick to get a replacement sent to me for free!(Since I was under the limited year warranty)

OMGGG I love the iced coffee feature. I am no longer buying iced coffee every morning which is saving me time and money! It is so fast too it takes less then 1 minute to dispense 8 ounces of coffee and its instantly cold!

Tried this model and had it 2 warranty replacements and still same issues. Not brewing proper ounces and spews coffee all over the maker & counter because it doesn't accommodate all mug styles.

The coffee comes out nice and hot & it is fast. I recommend to get the filter liners and a stainless steel coffee pod for the times that you would like to try different roasts of coffee.

Love this coffee machine. This is my 3nd one as it just stopped working. Even after a thorough clean out. They stood behind it with warrenty and I’m greatful . Love how it makes ice & hot. Definitely recommend

Super quiet, heats SO quickly and brews great coffee! I especially love the iced coffee feature. It barely takes up any space on the counter as well since it's so slim. We use this more than our Nespresso machine now.

i love this coffee maker, only thing is that when i descaled it, it stopped working and had only had it for 5 months. when i called keurig they replaced it with a new one. Love it and i would've bought another one even if they hadn't replaced it.
