Your idiot people tried to tell me the receipt I provided was over a year old and that the unit is purchased was used (neither of which was true and only made me furious!) *I would hope uoi fire whoever reviewed my receipt!

The first one I bought stopped working within 7 months and we rarely use it. The whole thing wouldn’t come back on, no lights or anything. They used our warranty to get us a brand new one and so far it is working great. I hope it stays that way.

Love this coffee maker!! Perfect if for small spaces! My first one stopped working and Keurig quickly replaced it as it was stil under warranty. Thanks Keurig!!

I ended up needing to use my year warranty and it was so easy. I’ve heard of warranty horror stories but it was so easy and honestly I think I like the white more than my original color.

It’s okay. It doesn’t actually make cold coffee, but I’m not shocked by that. It makes a mess, I’ve never had to clean so much splash zone before. Honestly I just wish I had bought a better one.

We are very happy that we purchased this coffee machine. It works fantastic and even our visitors love it. The coffee tastes better and it does not occupy too much space in our kitchen.

This was advertised as an iced tea or iced coffee maker, when it doesn’t do anything different than my normal Keurig and it doesn’t do anything special for iced beverages. It’s splatters a lot as well.

This brewer makes an excellent glass of iced tea. I use my universal K-cup with my tea bag and it comes out perfect! Thank you Keurig for adding an iced tea function. I love it!

This is the second Iced brewer we have purchased in 2 months. We are so pleased with ours we bought one for our daughter. We especially like the small amount of counter space it takes up.
