Received my K-Iced Essentials Maker. It was a replacement for my other one that was only 3 weeks old. This one seems to be working better, hopefully it will stay that way. I have been a Keurig user for many years.

I got a new Keurig and it just wouldn't turn on. the people who helped me made it very easy to replace it.afew steps and now I'm using my new own very happy.

We bought this unit and it leaked and did not work properly. Contacted Keurig and they replaced it. Received it and it is working perfectly! Thank you for backing your product.

Absolutely love this new addition to my Iced Coffee obsession. Coffee is not watered down. No Bitter taste. Perfect cup each time. Very easy to use. The Water reservoir feature adds simplicity to multiple cups per fill.

This is a replacement. I loved the first one which was exactly like this but it stopped working. Hope this one contines to work. They were great about replacing the first one.

I was very happy when they stood behind there products when it stopped working in just under 6 months and they replaced it even though I didn't have the proper receipt.

Received this as a gift initially, it broke in under a month. Warranty team was super helpful with helping me get a replacement and it was very quick.

I'm not pleased with the selection lighting and marked features. If it is not facing bright light it is difficult to see the size choices, when it needs water or descaling.

Recently purchased and been enjoying. Works perfect with no issues. Love the Iced coffee feature, coupled with a McCafe Mocha Frappe on ice, Mmm mmm good lol. Thanks Keurig for a nice machine.

This single serve Keurig coffee maker's ice option is sweet. Kind of disappointed no black options were available; white is cute but doesn't look as well with all black appliances. Arrived in day promised with no damage.
