I replaced my other Keurig just because I needed counter space also liked the iced coffee feature. It's a little light weight. Moves a little when you choose cup size on the coffee maker, makes a nice cup of coffee.

Makes great coffee. Smaller footprint but just as powerful as the bigger machines. Really enjoy the coffee. Can’t wait to try the iced coffee this summer.

I bought this about 6 months ago and have been using daily, think it went kapow after the descaling issue.I had trouble free customer service who was very helpful and issued me a replacement which arrived within 3 days. Big shout out to Keurig.

I prefer using refillable pods for my specialty coffee and I have to use force to get this Keurig to close on them. I've never had that problem with any other single-serve coffee-maker. Very disappointing. Please advise if there's a solution.

LOVE making iced coffee with this! I live in the south, and it sure ain't feelin' like fall or winter! :) An iced coffee in the morning is so nice & refreshing. (Plus the hot coffee function works great, too.)

great brewer; doesn't allow coffee taste to carry over with 2 brewers; it's tippy when short on water in reservoir. Would recommend. Fresh brewed iced tea. I had forgotten how tasty it is.

Love the dual functionality of iced and hot brews, nice sleek style. Water canister mounts in the back, so assuming most people set this on their counter with the back of the maker to the wall, usability of water canister is not ideal.

I am happy with this coffee maker I do wish the pods were not as expensive as I do enjoy several cups of coffee a day and I'm finding it is costing me a lot more

This unit was a replacement for a unit that wouldn't pump out the appropriate amount of coffee. For example, if you push "12" and expect a 12oz cup of coffee, you may only get 4oz. Well, the replacement unit had the same issue.

My son loves the iced coffee feature. Makes one every morning before high school. Works great. I’m just a plain coffee drinker and have always used a Keurig was disappointed it didn’t come with a water filter holder
