My machine went dead after 9 months usage. Appreciate the service and support of Keurig to replace it with a brand new one. Couldn't imagine a service better than this. 5-stars!!!

I should not have been interrupted after investing so much twice, when it comes to coffee. Your company needs to manufacture their machines properly so that customers donet have to get a new coffee maker under warranty every 6 months.

Everything that I wanted, the iced coffee is truly iced and it makes a perfect cup of coffee. Amazing that it is so small, will fit in my dorm, and it can do so much!

Worked for the first day or two and now is making watery coffee. The needle isn’t clogged so something is wrong with the Keurig itself. Waste of money.

When it works as its supposed to, It’s great. However, several times it is only brewing half of the ounces i choose. I am able to use the same k-cup and press again, just need to have another cup to catch the overflow.

Not as good as other keurigs. The water comes out very slow, machine is not high quality, seems to be made with cheaper materials. AND there is no power button! Have to plug in and out every use!!

Love my k iced single cup coffee maker and I was bummed that it stop working after 6 months but it was replaced right away. Hope it willlast longer this time. Thanks for the fast replacement.

I purchased the hot and cold brew and cold brew worked for 1 month then was only hot brew. I called and had new Hot and Cold brew sent to me and cold brew does not work. Very unhappy and disappointed.

Recently purchased and been enjoying. Works perfect with no issues. Love the Iced coffee feature, coupled with a McCafe Mocha Frappe on ice, Mmm mmm good lol. Thanks Keurig for a nice machine.

We love our Keurig. When we were having problems with it, I contacted them and within just 4 days we were sent a new Keurig! The service was quick and efficient!
