Consider redesigning lid that covers the water

I like the color. I have another single serve maker the same color and wanted to upgrade slightly. I do not like the lid that covers the water because it's not attached to the coffee maker. You have be careful or it will fall into the water.

This was advertised as an iced tea or iced coffee maker, when it doesn’t do anything different than my normal Keurig and it doesn’t do anything special for iced beverages. It’s splatters a lot as well.

Difficult to close on refillable pods

I prefer using refillable pods for my specialty coffee and I have to use force to get this Keurig to close on them. I've never had that problem with any other single-serve coffee-maker. Very disappointing. Please advise if there's a solution.
