Easy to use and connect to the internet . You can ask it anything we can alway go back the what was ask before, not complicated to use. Sometime people can make things confusing but with this program it makes things much easier.

The recommended filter authentication app that accompanies the filter is absolute garbage. It’s beyond worthless and simply DOES NOT WORK. If an actual human being designed it, they should change professions immediately because they are unbelievably bad at what they do. The only way this app could be worse is if it somehow made your phone take a crap in your hand while you were using it.

But after I received the correct filter it was seamless, replacing the filter was easy. I have hard water where I live and sometimes the tap can taste a bit off, but with the filtered water it tastes much better.
