No problem installing filet

I've had my samsung bespoke for a few years. I get the water filters automatically sent. I was worried when I first got the fridge bc of so many complaints about the water filter. I have never, ever had a problem installing the filter. The water always tastes great.

Samsung fridge cool factor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the beverage center. I can grab a drink or water easily. The door is much easier to open then the full fridge door. So convenient. Plus the comments I get on how cool a feature it is. I also love all the door panel options I had to choose from.

Fridge water filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The filter on the refrigerator was a little high priced until I used it , saw and tasted its filtration. The water clarity, taste, lack of order surpasses that of bottled water completely. We were amazed.

Excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You have an excellent product. Each filter will last approximately 6 months and so far they've been on the money with the time limit. The clarity of the ice cubes are clear. The cubes taste great. Compatability is great the filters fit right in with one twist.

Water Filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsun appliances, but I feel that the water filter doesn't last as long as previous appliances that I have used. The filter is quite pricey for the time that it has lasted and now it's time to purchase another replacement filter.

Samsung should be ashamed and embarrassed

The recommended filter authentication app that accompanies the filter is absolute garbage. It's beyond worthless and simply DOES NOT WORK. If an actual human being designed it, they should change professions immediately because they are unbelievably bad at what they do. The only way this app could be worse is if it somehow made your phone take a crap in your hand while you were using it.

Terrible packaging

Can Samsung really not come up with better packaging?? My teenage boy got a cut a few weeks ago trying to open it. I am surprised nobody has sued yet.

Samsung Water Filter Test — No Real Change

I compared tap water and filtered water using a TDS meter. Tap water measured 122 ppm and filtered water 130 ppm. Based on these results, I couldn't see any improvement with the filter, since the mineral levels were basically the same.

Worthless

This filter will not work with the Bespoke french door fridge. EVERY time I've replaced it, the filter housing breaks. I'm awaiting the cost and service appointment since it is now outside the one year warrant. I cannot believe Samsung is not standing behind this awful product. User beware. If you have a Bespoke french door fridge with beverage center, you're likely to break your fridge replacing with the EXACT same filter.

Poor compatibility guide

The website says this is the one for an RS25H5111**. I have an RS25H5111SR. It doesn't fit. This filter is square and the slot in mine is round. This needs to be corrected.
