Its really a oven/grill. You can cook just about anything in it. Lots of space for food.

I have only had this awesome grill for a week, and I love it already. It has very even heating, 5 burners, and the cast aluminum grill base and sides really hold in a nice steady temperature. I was able to perfectly cook three different types of food simultaneously (Grilled chicken thighs, hamburgers, and zucchini/squash) and they all came out perfect! the grill includes a full-width drip tray, with a separate drip pan that is easily removed. the drip tray is removed from the rear :(. No flare-ups, since the burners are covered and far from the stainless steel grills. I like the large viewing window, but it would have been nice to include internal lighting as well. The grill also features a thermostat so that you can use it as an over or smoker (with an optional smoke box). there is also a side infrared burner. it is a bit small, and has a cast iron grill, but is adequate for a couple of small steaks or one large one. the cabinet is roomy, holds the propane tank and more, with thoughtfully added spacers. Just a few cons: the wheels are small, not all parts are stainless (some of the cabinet is painted), and does not include a rotisserie burner or spit. You will have to read the instructions to figure out how to use the thermostat/oven feature, as it only controls 3 of the 5 burners. Took about 2 hours to assemble, and comes complete with extra parts.

I have had this grill for about a month. Putting it together was not difficult at all even though there are a lot of pieces. I really like that it sits up just a little higher than my last grill. It has a large cooking area which is great for parties or family cookouts. I have used every feature on it and I have enjoyed the process. The side burner/sear burner is great. You can use it to cook vegetables or get a really good sear on fish or steak. It is quick and get hot quickly so don't take your eye off of it if you are cooking fish. I used the Thermostatic control to cook a rack of ribs that turned out so tender and delicious and the grill held the correct temperature with no issues. The grill was easy to clean after a large barbeque with family. I am very happy with this grill and will recommend it to all my friends.
