Very well designed and crafted. The stainless steel grates are heavy duty/lifetime quality with large 790 sq inch cooking area + side burner. The five stainless steel burners/heat baffles and controls are also very high quality, with even heat distribution. Assembly instructions are clear/easy to follow - assembly hardware is clearly labeled. I bought one for my daughter... then bought one for myself. I did the research, and comparable quality grills cost two or three times the cost of this great grill.

This is a good size and has good cooking options. I like the clear window to peer in to see what you’re cooking. It comes with a cover which is helpful.

Every component and material used proved to be great. Assembly took 3 hours. The Infared burner, stainless-steel heavy-duty cooking grates, glass viewing, cast aluminum cook-box, 305 stainless steel exterior and heavy-duty grill cover are standout features that are only found on top tier grills. It's nice that all these excellent features are all included at a great low price.

I’ve cooked on this about a dozen times and it’s been great. The only complaint I have so far is all the cardboard and screws for assembly.

This grill is great! I've had many grills over the years and so far this one is the best. The construction is very good with the exception of the bottom frame. I say this because I assembled it inside on a nice flat surface and when I rolled it outside to its final location, the doors were not lined up even though they were perfect at the end of assembly. I tracked the problem with the flexing of the base as it was now sitting on slightly uneven pavers. Otherwise, I would have given this grill 5 stars. The burner box and sides being made of thick aluminum, means NO RUST EVER, something that all of my other grills suffered premature failure from due to rusting out! The look and feel of this grill is very superior to anything else I've looked at before and the full width glass window in the lid is awesome and allows me to see how the food is doing without having to open the lid and subsequently letting lots of heat out. The Sear Burner is also very nicely designed and very hot but at the same time it can be turned down to allow use as a side burner as well, something which I absolutely had to have! This grill cooks very evenly without flareups due to the offset design of the drip plates and it does run very hot. In addition, the cooking grates are made out of thick, heavy duty 304 stainless steel which should hold up very well in the long run and not rust, another of my must-haves! Hopefully the side shelves and panels will hold up well over time but they are NOT stainless steel. They do however have a nice thick coat of paint so as long as they don't get scratched, I don't think rust will be a problem. I almost forgot to mention that it can also be used as an outdoor oven and it has a separate thermostatically controlled gas valve that allows you to set a specific temperature and it is supposed to automatically regulate the flames to maintain your set temperature. I cannot comment on how good that works as I haven't used it as an oven as yet and probably seldomly will. Overall, I would highly recommend this grill.

My grill arrived and the exterior packaging was quite tattered from shipping. I took pictures before I opened it. There was a large dent on the very top of the grill lid. The back corner (metal) of the lid was broken completely off and lying in the bottom of the box. I called Sam’s customer service immediately. Sent them pictures. They offered to schedule a pick up for a full refund. I could also keep it for a discounted price. They offered to let me keep it for a 25% refund. I countered and they accepted my offer on 33% off. Later I found a leaflet with a number to call for missing parts. I called and they shipped me a new lid. It was quite a task to assemble. Took several hours over 2-3 evenings. I discovered another scratch on one of the cabinet doors but once assembled, it was not as noticeable as it had been lying flat in good lighting. I did not order a new door. The grill lights easily and cooks well. The grill did not reach my usual 500 degree starting point but it grilled just fine heating to 450 degrees. I’ve used it once and it was a good experience. My guests loved the meal grilled on this unit. Overall, a good experience. Just didn’t go perfectly as planned.

The method of firing the 2nd and 4th burner takes a little getting used to. Also make sure to oil down the grates before grilling.

The casting on the firebox is crooked making the left side burner out of level. We have been in contact with the manufacturer of the gas grill and they even acknowledged that it is a bad casting. But, they do not offer a replacement part for this problem. I would like to hear from Sam's Club about this problem.

My children got me this grill for father's day. Nice looking grill. Easy to assemble. Has a lot of cooking space and the window is nice for checking food without opening the lid letting heat out. Pretty cool oven type feature. Great for rotisserie. (It does not come with a rotisserie) It does come with a cover, which is nice. Over all great grill with one exception. Lighting it is very strange. It has 5 burners. You need to turn on 1-3-5 and hit the igniter then you need to turn on 2-4 by holding the knobs until they ignite. Strange but you can live with it. I enjoy it and have already cooked many meals on it. Great grill. 👍

Doors weren't aligned, among other build quality issues. Customer service was zero help. I ended up returning the grill after trying it, and it took forever to heat up.
