I was very pleased with the quality of the material that went into building this grill. The gauge of the the metals are not thin like in most competitors. However, the natural gas input was only 3/8". Other natural gas grills I bought in the past were 1/2". This seemed to cause the grill to take a bit longer to heat up to max temperature. I am one that likes to grill out in the winter months when there is no snow. A little concerned with the reduction in volume of gas, this may be an issue.

The "idea" of this grill is what makes it a good grill. I admit that I must get used to how it heats. The one thing that I can say for sure is that I was not sent a brand new, never used grill. I could immediately tell by the condition of the box. The box was also damaged and resealed. Once I started removing the contents of the box and began the assembly process, I noticed that the wheels were worn. A clear indication of it being used. There were some other issues too, such as the bottom of the grill, where the wheels were inserted. That was bent too. I kept building and hoped for the best since I needed the grill for a 4th party I was hosting. Finished assembly and used it a couple of days later.........my grill already looks like I have had it for a year. This is due to the scratches and dents. The grill that this replaced felt like better quality and considering the cost of this grill, I would have expected better. I am giving it 3 stars for all these reasons. Good luck with your purchase, hopefully you receive a brand-new grill!

I shopped around first and did not find any grill that compares at this price. It was not a problem putting it together either. Even some higher end more expensive grills did not have all the amenities this has. I have used it several times and it cleans up nicely.

Works great! Great value. Take about two hours to assemble with the app or booklet. A smoker-box would be a nice addition. You have to read the use instructions clearly to get used to the 2nd & 3rd burners, due to the oven control which works great.

Best grill I ever owned. The side sear burner is much better than having it in the grill ing area. Burgers cook with minimal flare ups, value is good also. The only issue was putting it together, even though instructions were god it took 4.5 hrs for 2 people to assemble.

This is a serious grill, very elegant looking, heavy and quality made. My biggest complaint is the assembly instructions. The parts arrive neatly packed in about 7 or 8 boxes, and the instruction manual even identifies all pieces however the assembly instructions don't call identify which box the part is in so you have to open all boxes before you even start assembly. Somewhat frustrating.

I made a previous review about this issue and came to update it. My first review is missing - so it looks like they delete negative reviews. Ordered the grill late April, arrived without hardware early May. After many calls to "customer service" it is now July 11th and STILL NO HARWARE.

Really happy with my choice. This grill is solid, cooks amazing. I haven’t used Temperature control yet. Used the app for assembly. Everything went smooth.
