Middle burners work fine if you push in and hold for the thermal coupler, I do for > 10 secs. Is a fine grill. Seems high quality and have used about 20 times. Grilling better than ever. I have not used the oven temp control yet, maybe soon for a pizza. Assembling isn't bad at all but figure 1.5 hrs plus with minor help maybe if you are towards the perfectionist type with power tools. I do recommend.

The other reviews are true. It's a lot of work to assembly and, worst part, and does not heat well. It takes forever to heat and the meat machines terrible because of the low temperature, even when all the burners are on high. Maybe because of the thermostat some burners take a while to light, even in the BBQ mode. I am glad that Sam's club accepted it back and refunded the money. I went directly to home Depot to but another one. It's a shame, I really liked how sturdy this grill was and the glass to peak inside was great. But not cooking well looses completely the purpose of the grill.

This grill is great. It took a a bit to put together. It is very well made and we have been cooking on it for about 2 weeks now. No complaints here.

It is an excellent grill and appears to be of materials to last a very long time. Assembly took some time but was acceptable.

Appears to be well built. However after putting together the igniter does not work. Too early to give this one a 5 star rating

I’m super happy that I finally got it, it takes you sometime to set it up, you may need some extra hand to help but it was not that bad.

Waited for it to go on sale. Love this grill and the side burner… Been barbecuing almost every day since we got it
