Assembly

Amazing instructions both the printed as well as Bilt video. Took me a lot longer than the 90 minutes and I didn’t dilly dally, was just very meticulous. I also did it by myself other than help placing the firebox onto the frame.

Seems like it is built to last.

Heavy duty and I think I will like the stainless steel grates in comparison to the ceramic coated. Yet to be seen. Just got it assembled. No review of actual use. Appx 3 hour assembly with a 10 and 11 year old. Probably quicker with another adult.

Missing Hardware

I purposely set the day aside to work on grill assembly. It was delivered today so opened the box and spread out the components in the garage. However, it was shipped without the hardware package (nuts, bolts, clips etc.) . I gathered up the pieces and parts and put them in the corner and called customer service. She was helpful but needless to say I am very disappointed. I am retiring a Weber that I have had for 20+ years, hope I am making the right move.

HORRIBLE DELIVERY COMPANIES

04.02.2024 As of right now I am only giving one star and thats generous. I waited nearly 3 weeks for the delivery of this grill and another flat top grill from Sams AIT and HALO are who deliver. I am so upset that my boxes are messed up and the guy from HALO ripped my screen door lock off my door. Boxes get dented, no biggie, but the bottom of one of the grills is literally falling off and this box has a huge hole But why wouldn't the HALO delivery guy ring the door bell thats right there or knock like a normal person and not break my door lock? So not only am I upset at the delivery, now I have to head to the hardware store and fix my broken door at my expense These huge boxes have been thrown around. I hope the contents inside have with stood the ignorant people who could care less. I spent $1300 for 2 grills and went through all this for what? Guess I will find out when I attemt at putting these together I will update this grill and the other grill I bought when I open the boxes and put together if there not damaged

the assembly can be challenging. the doors and some areas. Overall pretty stright foreward. great grill cooks very even.

Bought on a whim

Best decision yet! Easy to put together, easy to fire up and what a beautiful grill/oven. I can't wait to use it over and over and over again

Do not recommend

I bought it a month ago and it’s terrible, do not recommend. So expensive for it to break, wheel broke need heavy duty ones , plus the top of the grill screws broke as well
