Greatness

Easy to setup, anything that seemed confused was uploaded to BILT app, easy to download and understand images. Do not fear the setup or pay someone to do it!

Directions were easy to read, all parts were present and extra screws were included in the event some didn’t work for any reason such as stripping out (none did but cool to have regardless).

Very well detailed animations and part requirements for every step. I never had to second guess my work.  And it's simple to repeat steps as needed.  

I would enjoy having this for all assembly projects.

Wonderfully detailed step by step instructions

Doors weren't aligned, among other build quality issues. Customer service was zero help. I ended up returning the grill after trying it, and it took forever to heat up.

Don't waste your time

Very well designed and crafted.  The stainless steel grates are heavy duty/lifetime quality with large 790 sq inch cooking area + side burner.  The five stainless steel burners/heat baffles and controls are also very high quality, with even heat distribution.  Assembly instructions are clear/easy to follow - assembly hardware is clearly labeled.  I bought one for my daughter... then bought one for myself.  I did the research, and comparable quality grills cost two or three times the cost of this great grill.
