This grill is junk. You get what you pay for, cheap price = cheap grill. Spend the money buy a recongnizable brand name. Youll be happy you did.

I held for 15 minutes, Got a guy Sams employee from Nigeragua... who promiced to pickup my $ 700 stainless steel grill ... that wont work, He put me on hold, another answered and tried to talk over me, how rude

Got this grill about 3 weeks ago and we love it. We have made everything from burgers, chicken and fish to fajitas. It cooks evenly and we had not had any 'flare' ups. It is well made, super easy to put together and I love the features like thermostat control (works like an oven), powerful side sear station and the finish is nice. The oversized stainless grill grates should last a long time. Propane gas guard allows you to turn the propane off while the grill is hot without getting burned. Would definitely recommend!

Very clear instructions. I wish our company could use something this nice. Haven't tried the grill yet, but the construction is very good. The large bottom pan cracked the paint a little when I tightened the wire cage screws. I'll paint to prevent rust.

I considered this and a large number of other grills with similar features and size. This one appears to be the best value. I've used it five or six times now and really only have one complaint. The casters are very small and don't perform well over brick or paver patios. I think they would be fine if you had a perfectly smooth poured concrete patio or didn't have to ever move the grill. The casters also are set too far in from the edge to allow the locking lever. Toby easily accessible. I find myself having to get on my hands and knees to lock and unlock the casters, which is pretty frustrating. The grill heats quickly, and is much easier to clean than other grills I've had, largely due to the stainless steel components inside. The window on the cover that allows you to see what's on the grill is a game changer. I'll never buy a grill without this feature now. If you're someone who doesn't like to read assembly instructions or user manuals, I would avoid this grill. You will probably find yourself frustrated. I think many of the poor reviews of this grill are from people who either didn't follow the assembly instructions or the user's manual.

Quality design and great tolerances and fits,engineered drafted,delivered,assembled exactly as shown and zero problems, literally this entire unit only required the use of a standard fillips head screw driver I did use a flat head to just tighten a little more. The video that you can use to assemble this thing is absolutely perfect.

Installation too tedious you practically have to screw every single screw yourself

It does not light up. started does not click.
